Absolutely terrible dentist. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! My girlfriend had to wait 3 weeks to get a root canal from someone that had to drive from Rochester, MN. When it was time to do the root canal, they screwed up right at the beginning forcing her to go somewhere else that did it perfectly fine. Hopefully they didn't do permanent damange!!! We only went here because we needed emergency dental and they were the only available place in Mankato at the time. Staff is rude and doesn't care about the patients either. I would not recommend anyone to go here at all even if it was the last dentist office on Earth. I wish I could give them 0/10 stars. Go to another more reputable dentist in Mankato and save time and money.

Lilly and Josh had a great experience at the mankato Minnesota dentist office with Dr. Islam . He was fun and made the kids comfortable and they are looking forward to going back great staff who care and understands and don't judge . We thank the aspen team for their help .

Absolutely terrible. For the almost 2 hours I was there, I was only helped for a total of 20 minutes. The rest of the time was spent sitting in a cold room by myself. Will definitely be going back to Madison Avenue dental even though they are not covered by my insurance!

Very prompt, I got in at scheduled time. Very friendly staff. Procedures were explained before they happened, so I knew what to expect! Office/finance staff was very helpful in explaining payment options.

Went in for consultation,( i had a toothache) they got me in an hour later to pull my tooth. Then they sat me down and explained my treatment plan and finances.

I was iffy at first because I saw the reviews. I decided to just go and experience it for myself and it went so well!!! Everyone was so respectful and was able to squeeze me in for a clean after my exams. LOVE IT! Nice and clean too.

Aspen dental will give you the run around for the purposed of selling dentures and partials while a dental emergency is needed. Don't go here for dental emergencies if you value your life.

Aspen was a lifesaver! Called late the night prior to my appointment for emergency dental and got in first thing the next morning. Each and every staff member, even scheduling at 11:00 pm, was kind and professional during a time when I was in a lot of pain and not very patient. Thank you Aspen Dental 🦷

Made an appointment for an abscess tooth and root canal. Sat in chair for 2 hrs and didn't get a root canal. Got my abscess drained without novacain wich I'm sure I paid for. Worst time I've ever spent in a dental chair. Will never go back to Aspen.
