Horrible. They will do a procedure, give nothing for pain and then the emergency dental line gives you the runaround by saying the doctor sent an email to use Tylenol rather than being able to speak to the doctor to explain breakthrough pain and excessive blood loss. So they'll do the procedure but be prepared to go to the ER if something goes wrong.

Edit to add that I had to call a real dentist at Mankato Family Dental (highly recommend) to get any help or advice since the doctor at Aspen refused to do his job.

The people were very nice. But after having my new dentures put in I was having lots of trouble. I called on Friday AM for help. They told me I could come in on Monday Morning and wait until someone could see me. It is Sunday Morning and I still can’t eat anything but soup. I have a huge sore spot in my mouth from I’ll fitting teeth. This is a nightmare. I have to go to work on Monday so I can’t just sit and wait. Guess I would recommend a local dentist. Wish I would have done that.

Generally a good experience every time I go. Not as good as a well managed neighborhood dentist clinic, but their professionalism with paperwork and billing makes up for it. You are provided with a well detailed bill before extra dental work is needed, then they may refund some of that based on the actual cost.

Tried to get adjusted for 3rd time, had to wait 3 days, then they cancelled until 5 day wait I ended up going to Rochester MN a 1 hour 26 minute drive each way, I will continue to go there as I had hard time getting appointments for 1st 2 adjustments

Had wonderful experience when I first started, broke the bottom plate and had it repaired but it does not fit right and is hard to eat and keep them in my mouth, Had it repaired on Monday and asked to be fit in to fix it so it would fit right, she said they were already double book for the day, but would see what she could do, that was on Thursday, now it is Sat and still no call, my appointment is for the 20th, that is way to long to wait. Very unhappy about this, and with my husbands difficulties with his dentures, makes me not want to recommend to anyone.

I brought my 86 yr old mother. Exceptionally pleased with everything. Only problem we discovered that Medica is not accepted so we will have to go elsewhere for further treatment. Everyone was so professional and pleasant to work with, really wish we could have continued treatment here.

At first it was an okay experience...however I felt I was forced to buy things I didn't need i.e a $120 electrical toothbrush. I had a fillings done due to a few cavities. I was told that I would owe X amount of money for the services, I paid that but then I began to receive more and more bills. They stated they would continue to submit the claims to insurance?? Not sure why... I contacted my insurance and they stated they would not cover certain things because they weren't "medically" necessary. Eventually I just paid what was owed and said don't contact me. Every time I called they had no idea what was going on. This was a year long process. Fast forward to now a year after the work has been done I go to a new dentist. He tells me the fillings were done incorrectly because he is starting to see decay under them. I had to have all of the fillings redone. NOT happy at all with my experience here. I would not recommend going here at all.

We just left there. After very extensive x-rays and a 30 minute wait was told we would not see the dentist due to a complicated extraction with another patient then they said our insurance through Magnum Dental is more of a discount plan, which it is not. We will NOT be going back. This place seems to be more of a scam shop then anything else.

Everyone was so friendly. I get anxiety going to the dentist because I dont want to feel uncomfortable or judged. I felt really welcomed and I didnt feel like I was being treated different based on my own situation. The dentist was so nice and didnt make me feel sad or ashamed about my situation. He also listened to how I felt and asked me what I wanted to do. I would definitely recommend Aspen to others!

Staff is friendly and nice but that is all I can say that is positive about this place. 45+ minutes to wait before you get back to the chair let alone see the doc. Apointments canceled with no call so take off work and show up for no reason. Problems with billing so my "totally financed" work has ended up in almost $1000 in out of pocket bills. 7 months with a temporary crown and having to do impressions 3 times because they don't pay attention to the whole picture with their scheduling. The work done is great when you can actually get it done but the business end of this company is absolute crap, and this is coming from a very easy going person.
