The people were great. They were really nice and knowledgeable and gave great advise. I felt confident they wanted to help. However, they wanted to get me set up right away to take care of things I don't need done any time soon. Plus, I was there for two and a half hours, and it was only a new patient appointment. They didn't even do anything to my teeth. This was after they rescheduled my appointment twice. You need to have a lot of patience if you choose this place.

Great first experience! All of the staff were friendly, but one stood out particularly! Gwen, one of the hygienists, was absolutely awesome. 100% would want her to clean my teeth again, she was amazing.

Please change someone with a clear mind to work at the front desk!! In the face of their negligence, they can still maintain a tough attitude towards you. This is how they serve their guests. Terrible!!

This place is a joke, the financial lady quoted me a price on new dentures that was 1000 dollars higher than advertised on the internet. She did quickly drop the price when I questioned her about it. I was told that they would be ready for pickup on 12/27 only to find out after waiting 15 past my appointment that they weren't ready. When I did get them on 12/28 I was told if I needed an adjustment they would get me in as soon as possible but forgot to tell me it would take 2 weeks to get in. Now I have dentures that I can not wear because they hurt so bad and I can't get in for 2 weeks. I will give credit to Carrie because she was the only helpful one there.

Staff and doctors were so thorough!! Excellent at explaining all the details!! Definitely recommend!!

So after a 2 hour drive to see a dentist in an emergency situation, the dentist and hygienist were easy to work with. That's where the good stuff ends. I called an oral surgeon in my town, they went take the referral from 2 hours away. I contact another surgeon and they wanted the referral and xrays emailed to then. Aspen refused to do that. I am now back to square 1. Not happy.

What a great dental team!! Amazing from start to finish!! Front desk was super friendly and helpful. The dental assistant who took my x-rays was very friendly and caring and took her time with me! The hygienist, Gwen, is caring and knowledgeable and really helped put my mind at ease! The dentist, Dr. Islam, is wonderful!! He listened to me and came up with options for me! I have always had a fear of going to the dentist and have neglected my oral health because of this, but there was no judgment! This team is outstanding!! Patient and caring people! I highly recommend!!

They are very thorough and caught things that my previous dentist did not. Professional and friendly staff. Went over cost and insurance coverage of treatment and cleaning before booking anything. I'm diligent about brushing but not flossing which has lead to some problems and I didn't feel like they were judging me, it makes it easier to be honest with them and I think that makes it easier for them to provide the right treatment.

The people working there are really friendly and nice. Their prices are not. The quote I got for the work I want done is alot higher than their website says. They want to charge me almost $300 for removing 4 teeth and the web site says it is $132 to remove teeth and since I want 10 removed and want to get dentures -which they say online is $399 and they are wanting $868.80-for a grand total of almost $2600. The prices are ridiculously high and I will be trying to get another dentist for another quote.

Hands down the best dental experience I've ever had! They get your appointments scheduled very quickly and are extremely kind! Margie goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. I highly recommend and wish I could give this place more stars!
