DeZ Thriving
Even though I went to get 4 of my wisdom teeth removed I had a lit of fun. Everyone was so helpful and nice. They explained everything, calmed all my nerves, and the doctor even told me jokes to distract me from getting my shot. My only complaint was that when I woke up from the surgery I wasn't completely out of it like you see on YouTube. That was a little disappointing. I was looking forward to acting weird and not remembering any of it. C'est la vie.

Never received my "complimentary" cleaning, ended up have a bill that was $800 dollars more than I expected for a simple extraction and crown (and I didn't even do the crown here! I went somewhere else). Jackie in finance was absolutely terrible to work with. Made you feel like an idiot and like you were inconveniencing her by asking questions. I didn't have insurance and received no discount. Was cancelled and rescheduled 3 different times in 2 weeks and still do not have all my work done. I will be going somewhere else to finish!! This place is a joke!! The hygienist and other offices staff were nice, but Jackie ruined it for me!! Don't waste your money!!

Yes the staff is good and friendly but after your pay up front and they have your money good luck trying to get your dentures adjusted You'll get a jacked around with a pathetic apology. Good luck eating!

Went in for my bottom wisdom extractions and both the staff and Dr. Islam was very reassuring, understanding and very courteous towards me and my needs and questions. I would recommend Aspen Dental to all friends and family. (As long as it is in your dental network)

The staff are friendly and good company to be around. The dr. Is so very good at what he does. Facility was nice and clean. For it being my first time there i felt very comfortable and was pleased with my results and how quikly they were able to assist me.
I would recommend Aspen Dental to all my family and friends.

I was greeted by a friendly smile and manner by the receptionist. It was then that a mistake had been made regarding the time of my appointment. The computer time indicated 1:45PM and the my appointment was written on the card as 2:45PM. Eventhough, they were very busy I was assured they would be able to squeeze me in. I made a joke about it, and said I am really thin when I turn on my side. The thanked me for my patience multiple times and appologized for the mix up. The group that worked with me were professionals and I was impressed with the way they worked synergistically. I would recommend this organization as a safe and excellent institution to get your dental work done.

Just changed my review from 5 to 1. After my initial exam I gave 5 stars but today when I came in for my scheduled wisdom teeth extraction, I was told the appointment that I made was not on record. I had to arrange plans for a ride (which entailed my girlfriend choosing to be absent from two of her college courses for the day) and planned my own few days of recovery around this procedure, which I then had to reschedule. If you make an appointment with Jackie, be sure to call in and double check she wrote it down before you waste you time showing up.

The entire staff is very friendly. After my initial visit the doctor took his time to explain all of the next steps in the process of getting dentures . The billing department took the time to work with me explaining the different types of dentures and the different costs associated with them . The only thing I really didn't care for was the company that they use to make payments with. 14.99% interest is very high And if you miss even one payment the interest rate jumps to 27.99% .
