Aspen Dental

Unfortunately my husband’s experience with getting new dentures has not been good. They messed up his first top plate so had to make a mold of his previous plate to get them right. The experience with getting his permanent bottom plate has been very unpleasant. They have not worked well with my husband’s work schedule to get this process started. It has taken two years to get the first impression. It’s like they don’t want to work with the customer, care more about themselves than the customer. Do not understand the multiple visits to get fitted. They also are charging us a second time for these visits. Want our money back! Staff treated him like a child. Not impressed. Will go back to our old dentist.

I was having tooth pain and made the phone call to Aspen Dental , They were able to get me in to see the Doctor quickly! Everyone there was very kind ! The Doctor explained what was needed to ease my pain . They then explained all the options I had and prices .. Next was the hygienist she was the nicest person, I felt so at ease and believe me I am never at ease when I am in a dental chair . Thank you all at Aspen Dental for the wonderful care I received !!!

I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental. This was my first visit to Aspen, and I would highly recommend this dental officeI. I truly felt that the staff really care about their patients. I also noticed while having my X-rays done, that the rest of the staff worked very well together. Great team work. I also appreciated and yes I did pay attention to the fact that every instrument that my hygienist (Gwen) used was professionally cleaned and sterilized. Right out of the package. I want to thank the entire staff for all they did for me.

Had major tooth pain, got in same day, was in and and out in under 2 hours with meds and an appointment two days to remove my wisdom teeth. Wisdom teeth removal was painless. Dr. Islam is fantastic as well as his hygienist that was helping, I unfortunately don’t remember her name. They were so educational on what they were doing and made me feel so comfortable.

Very high tech and informed how different insurance companies operate. Dint cost me a penny. Very kind staff.

I’ve been to a lot of dental appointments in my life I have never been treated with excellent service. 100/10. The practice that they thrive for just to go above and beyond Is unbelievable.Prices and services are worth it , being completely honest. I’ve been recommended to a lot of dentists and not one has done a good job, but this one... Is the best one hands down. They are the best dentists in the Midwest !!! Please if you want somebody to help you to take care of your teeth and Give you a really beautiful smile this is the place to gooooo!!. I say that with all honesty!!

Compassionate and friendly staff. Dr. Islam did a phenomenal job with my extractions; I didn’t even feel a thing!! Very clean, fast & professional ,! I’m hate the dentist but this particular dentist changed my entire outlook on going in. Thank you very much !

They canceled my first visit the day before my appointment. Two weeks later... If they would have accepted the x rays I had done at a local clinic within the last week they could have fixed my chipped tooth the day I went in. They insisted they needed their own x rays and gave me a free exam. The exam was extremely fast and not as thorough as college students working in a dental program. My tooth is still chipped and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was treated like a class A customer, which made my visit very relaxing. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to everyone who dreads going to the dentist. Service was incredible.
