Good experience, had to ask why I was getting charged so much, THEY called the insurance company for me and took care of it. NICE! Actual appt took 30-35 minutes. Frustrating as this was re-scheduled because I showed up 15 min late to my appt. prior week and they said they did not have time to get me in. How many times do you show up 5 mins early and sit for 15 waiting for them???

March 14th - Offered to review again and takes me to my old post. Appointment at 4pm, waited till 4:35pm to get started. Hygienist did a fine job, dentist was in the room for less that 2 minutes and charged like $80. I guess I should be happy they didn't find anything wrong.

A big quote is not something anyone likes getting, but I felt like my time and my budget were respected, and nobody tried to railroad me into any major work without informing me of what it was and what it would cost. I will definitely be coming back when I get my insurance sorted out.

Staff was nice and friendly but spent more time watching tv than getting teeth looked at. Was first appointment there and took almost 2 hours. My husband came in 45 minutes after me had 2 fillings done and was out in the waiting room waiting for me when I got done with just xrays and exam.

Aspen Dental says they have payment plan.....ONLY Lenders.
They do only care about $$$$ not the patient. will not go back there!
You would think if you are the 2nd patient of the day and it being a dental office the place should be clean....the floors were nasty and the bathroom floor was nasty too and garbage was full in bathroom.

On October 21st 2017, I went to Aspen Dental in Mankato for the new patient free exam and x-rays. My exam showed that I needed a couple fillings and a cleaning. I was scheduled for the cleaning the same day as my exam! Dr. Islam is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place!

Worst dental office ever, my girlfriend had a tooth pulled and got dry socket, in terrible pain, can’t sleep. She called to get in to get it taken care of, they are making her wait for 5 days, because they don’t have an opening. Most dentists would see you the same day!! Unbelievable, I will never go back!!

The entire office team is fantastic. Their hygienist is fantastic, and truly cares about her patients. The dentist there however, Joseph Slama, is rude, arrogant, makes sexually aggressive comments toward the office staff, no one there seems to like him, and the last two times I've gone in I've waited for over an hour for anyone to help me. The great office staff is not worth the horrible experience, save yourself and try something else in Mankato like Open Door (never been, but heard good things) or Health Partners in the city.

They seem very money hungry. No one thought to ask if I had already taken X-rays for the year despite my telling them that I had been to a dentist in March. Now I have to pay out of pocket for X-rays I didn’t need. Also, they recommend treatment, but won’t schedule an appointment for you unless you give them money. Most of the staff were ok, but the business managers were rude.

Excellent service and care! The hygienist treated me with care and addressed my problem with great success. I feel the first visit was very thorough. Impressed me! The doctor was very pleasant and listened to me. I will follow up with his suggested care.

Not at all satisfied! I walk in there on Monday with an infected tooth and got an appt later that day. I come back and get the verdict I need it extracted. The finance manager Jackie refused to make the appt unless I told her I had the money for it. The next day I figure out my finances and called to make an appt for Friday to get it removed. Friday comes I go in and supposedly the computer had a glitch and never booked me. Now I have to inconveniently go back AGAIN another day while I'm sitting in pain. Not to mention the sneery attitudes from the desk staff. They don't care about you they just want your money.
