Decided to try this location based on the good reviews, and it was the best decision I have made in a long time! I called early in the morning and got an appointment the same day which was very convenient. The staff was very helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. Everyone there seemed to truly enjoy what they were doing and it created a very comfortable environment to be in. The technology and up-to-date equipment made it feel like I was getting the best possible care. I would (and will) recommend this place to anyone; my only disappointment is that I have not been here sooner. Linda was awesome; if possible go to her!

This review has been started and left unfinished by me so many times that I can count them all... it's never finished because it's never good enough to hit the I'm"post" or "done" button. I've finally accepted the fact that I'm simply not capable of articulating this review in manner that feels "good enough" to me or ever will. It's been eating at mewhat do you say to a stranger that wants to show you that a dream you've had for so long, one that deep down you KNEW it wouldn't ever actually happen and for so many reasons, you knew it would be a ridiculous notion to ever entertain the idea that... it would or even could actually happen. So many reasons why the experience was happennevepplr really took seriously in terms of it becoming any kind of reality deepest most selfish ow massively important and life altering it is when a dream you've had - a wish or a desire that's been living in your heart so long that it's become a permanent part of who you are -

I love North Mankato Family Dentistry. I have to call in and make an appointment with Dr. Flack every month. Marta is always so nice and she makes it very easy for me. Everyone there is so accommodating. I would definitely recommend them!

Prompt and efficient. As soon as I checked in I was called back for my appointment. The staff, from the receptionist to the hygienist, is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was given a full tour and a full explanation of the appt. prior to start. The first appt. is long but it went fast - very smooth and efficient. The office was very clean and the latest equipment is being used. The dentist is very invested in his business and employees and it sure shows. I moved to MN about 2 years ago and I think I've finally found a dentist I can stick with.

Over the last few years I have been going to the North Mankato Family Dentistry due to a great decision that was made. My Mother had endless problems with her jaw bone deteriorating over the years as she aged. I too have issues with bone loss and my bite only made the circumstances worse. Even though I am not a "spring chicken", I didn't want to end up like my mother. With a great explanation and their professional guidance I choose Invisalign braces. What a difference this has made for me. My bite is now better to help delay bone lose, oral hygiene is easier, and best of all, now I will finally smile for pictures. It just goes to show that with a great dental clinic to help you out, it is never too late to improve your smile.

I am someone who always had some sort of dental anxiety, and I have had some painful experiences going to the dentist. I heard about sedation dentistry from searching for a dentist on the Web, and came across North Mankato Family Dentistry. They offered sedation dentistry for people with varying degrees of anxiety, from slight to severe. I needed to get to a dentist bad so I chose them. Needless to say, my experiences were great. You take a pill the night before your appointment to calm your anxiety the night before, then the day of the appointment they administer more pills. They watch your oxygen levels and blood pressure. They make you as comfortable as possible. I was skeptical about a pill making you not remember your appointment, but it works! I just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted as well as a frenectomy and I couldn't tell you what happened. I was in the dentist chair, and the next thing I knew I was already at home. I have been there 3 times and will keep going. They even call you the next day to make sure everything went well. 5 stars!

Mid-week last week I started to experience pain from a molar and was fortunate to get into my local dentist quickly. Unfortunately my regular dentist couldn't fit me in for adequate time to extract the abscessing tooth at that time and gave me an appointment 2 weeks out. From experience I figured that there was no way the problem was going to be bearable for that length of time. As these things go it went from bad to worse and by Saturday the side of my face was swollen and the pain was out of this world.

We were able to get a hold of Dr.Keith Flack and even though he was at one of his children's ballgames we set up an appointment at his office for 4:30 pm. Keith and Melissa were there awaiting us when we arrived and an hour later we were on our way back home--minus the abscessed molar.

It is amazing how good natured they were having to come into work for me on a Saturday afternoon--but they were very pleasant. I have already set up my next appointment with them and look forward to working with them in the future. Thanks for your super performance.

I feel extremely comfortable when I'm having work done on my mouth at North Mankato Family Dentistry. I trust Dr. Flack with my life! I just had a wisdom tooth extracted, and felt no pain during the procedure.

I truly dislike the dentist and am terribly fearful of needles (I am a "fainter"). My visit was due to needing a front tooth veneer replaced that had cracked in half. The care and gentle nature of both Dr. Schuck and Dr. Flack put me at ease and made my experience a great experience. The experience and technology that the Doctors use at NMFD is just phenomenal!! The procedure and other techniques were thoroughly explained using the 3D computer imaging. The laughing gas was easy - just relax and breathe- and the new computer injection system worked like a charm. NO PAIN! The new veneer matched exactly to the other three that I have- no one would know otherwise! I would recommend North Mankato Family Dentistry to everyone in AND outside of the Mankato area. Excellent Customer Service from the greeting to the end of visit from all of their employees! Thank you Dr. Schuck and Dr. Flack- I love my beautiful smile again.
