Great place friendly staff and doctors! Very detailed and knowledge!

I had a bit of an emergency. My wife just happened to call Nrth. Mankato Dentistry around 07:00. The office was closed but Dr. Flack answered the phone and after explaining my predicament allowed me in early. He saw our need and assisted.
My take away is that both Dr Flack and Dr Schuck genuinely care for their patients welfare as do the staff. Did I mention that this was my first contact with his office. Imagine how well they care for their regulars. Step above and beyond what is needed.

I recently saw Dr. Flack for some dental work. I've always dread the novocaine injections but he managed to do it with very little pain! It was AMAZING!!! I had been putting this off for quite a while but from now on I'll just get dental work done right away. Plus, he's funny and laid-back and the rest of the staff is always warm and welcoming.

Keith and Angie were able to get my husband in right away when experiencing a terrible toothache. They treated him well and had the pain gone in no time.
We strongly recommend them.

I never go to the dentist cause of my anxiety. I had a bad tooth and over the years when I decide to go in, this is the place I go. Very good at what they do. If I would of went someone where else they would of sent me to oral surgeon (who are normally booked months at a time). Its nice they show you the price difference depending how the tooth removal goes. Love this place.

Dr Flack is great. My 11 year old was very nervous - needed extraction of 2 teeth. Dr. Flack used the computerized injector for the lidocaine, which was awesome. My daughter barely winced - and was gleeful "I can't believe it is all done!" when he got the second tooth out. His has excellent bedside manner - very much put her at ease.

This was my first experience at NMFD and I must say that, beyond a doubt, it was the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. From Katie's kindness and professionalism on the phone and at my initial reception in the office, answering questions about insurance, setting the appointment and assisting with paperwork. Linda, my hygienist who made me feel extremely welcome and relaxed by taking me on a tour of the facility and explaining all of their equipment and walking me through everything that was going to be done. She was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough during the exam making sure to answer all of my questions and making sure I was comfortable. Her experience and knowledge shined throughout the entire visit. Dr. Flack was exceptional. As he reviewed the imaging he made it a point to involve me in the process and explain what he was looking for and what it was that he was looking at. Beyond those directly involved in my dental care, the entire team in the office throughout my visit made it a point to introduce themselves and welcome me.

I have never liked going to the dentist, in fact I would say that I have a fear of it. Because of the patience and understanding, the listening and communication, coupled with the most technologically advanced office I've been to, the experience was exceptional. I left the office actually wanting to come back. Service like what I received today is hard to come by. My hats off to you and your team. Thank you! I would highly recommend you to anyone.

Great experience. Had my amalgams removed, and was treated very well. Dr. Flack communicated very clearly the process start to finish, and I felt confident in his knowhow and ability from the get-go. Great staff, 21st-century dentistry. Just wish they were closer to home!

Excellent experience! The staff is very welcoming and the procedures are quick and easy. I had a filling procedure completed without any shots. The doctors take excellent care to provide the best for their patients.

I recently had extensive dental work done by Dr. Flack and could not be happier. I opted for the sedation dentistry and I highly recommend it. I had a tooth pulled, several fillings, a root canal, and crown, all done in one 4 hour appointment. I slept through much of it and remember very little. Upon arrival, they gave me some of the medication, dimmed the lights, turned on quiet music, and covered me with a warm blanket. They worked diligently to get the work done quickly, correctly, and all while keeping me very comfortable. The day after I felt relatively normal and could have gone into work if necessary. If I ever need major work done like this again, I will not consider any other dentist. However, with regular visits, I hope to not need such extensive work again in the future. By far the best dentist I have visited in the Mankato area.
