Have always been treated very well by everyone at the dental office. Not a big fan of going to the dentist, but when I have to, I can't think of anywhere else I would want to go.

Good people who really care about the customer. From the dentist to hygienist all were great. Very polite and clearly wanting to give a pain-less environment with clearly very high quality standards in what they do. Went in today for a thorough examination and left with 2 fillings an exam and x-rays staying after close and doing 2 visits in one. I will definitely continue giving them my business and appreciate the service they give.

Went above and beyond to deliver the treatment I needed. Professional and willing to accommodate me at short notice. I would highly recommend this business. They made me feel at ease and explained every procedure and answered all my questions.

My wife Susan and I have been patients of Dr. Flack & Dr. Schuck over the last 15 years. We are now moving abroad but wanted to take an opportunity to share with others about the excellent dental care that they have provided us over the years. Their investments in state of the art dental technology has benefited their patients which conveys their dentistry passion and excellence to provide outstanding dental care. 2 years ago, Dr. Flack using his 3D dental X-Ray detection device was able to detect a bone loss & bacteria buildup that occurred from a very old root canal that was performed over 25 years ago. Through their recommendation and pro-activeness, I was able to schedule an oral and maxillofacial surgery to get the bacterial infection that led to the bone decay treated, remedied and under control. Well done team! Also, we want to thank our hygienists Linda & Laura who are highly skilled and knowledgeable for providing excellent care over the years. They have certainly influenced our daily dental care regimen!! We will certainly will miss Dr. Flack and his dedicated team of professionals. We highly recommend North Mankato Family Dentistry to anyone in Mankato/North Mankato and surrounding areas. Very deserving of a 5 stars as a dental practice. Kudos !

I just had a couple wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Flack. It was quick and painless. He made sure I was comfortable and kept asking me if I was doing okay. I had headphones to listen to whatever music I wanted which helped keep my mind occupied. I highly recommend North Mankato Family Dentistry!

I had a broken tooth at the gum line extracted today. As nervous as I was, they were so very kind and professional! I and my husband will definitely be back. Thank you so much Dr flack and Melissa for exceptional care.

I always have a good experience at this office. All of the staff is friendly and helpful and the providers are thorough when explaining my exam and treatment plans.

Dr. Flack and Dr. Schuck are absolutely wonderful! They stay on top of all the latest developments in dentistry to provide the best care possible. They and their staff are warm, friendly, caring and they are always looking to make sure that your experience in their office is comfortable. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I see all the other reviews on here, and they are all positive. I am happy other people had a great experience, as I did not. I have Delta Dental state insurance. When I called to schedule my appointment (they could get me in pretty quickly for an initial appointment, which should have been a red flag), I asked if they take Delta Dental. I was advised with good cheer yes, just bring your card to your appointment. The correct response should have been, "We will accept your Delta Dental and submit it, but we are an out of network provider, so you will not get the coverage you would with a provider in the network." So, I go to my appointment, blindly fill out the paperwork. At this point, this is my fault I continued with the appointment, as it said on it, they were an out of network provider. I still feel this should have been conveyed to me when I called to make the initial appointment. I was given a tour in which I didn't like the closeness of all of the chairs, as I felt there was zero privacy. All I heard was bragging about all of their equipment, multiple times. My dentist was unprofessional, I could barely understand him, and he spoke unprofessionally about Commerce Drive Dental, but don't worry, he advised to me they had good dentists, but that I came to the right place. I have a tooth that needs a crown. This doctor basically made me feel like I had to do their option of a ceramic tooth, all out of pocket costs, and didn't even realize a crown was an option. I was even told, "Other dentists will do what your insurance covers, we will do what's best for you." Well, to me, getting a ceramic tooth that costs $1300 or more, versus a crown that insurance almost all covers, is NOT taking care of your patient; it's taking advantage of your patient to put $'s in your pocket. Again, they are the only dentist that does that work because of all of their totally awesome equipment!! Well their wonderful equipment caused me a huge bill. Delta Dental only paid for 13% of my bill. But that's OK because of the wonderful technology they have. I made an appointment at Commerce Drive Dental, in which I had an awesome experience. Completely professional, they didn't even ask why I left North Mankato Family Dentistry. I was provided a detailed printout of options for which teeth and my cost of the portion, which is only 20% NOT the entire bill up front. When I wanted to transfer my information to Commerce, they tried to charge me a $25 fee..... for MY information! Which, is absurd in my, and other peoples', opinions. I was told they would waive the measly $25 fee if I paid my entire bill, which was $430. Well, I wasn't very happy with that. They did waive my fee, but threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay in full in 30 days....30 days! I paid them off, I'm glad to be free. This is my personal experience. I just felt they care about $, not the actual patient. Commerce, took pics of every tooth they recommended refilling and explained why, very thorough. I'm leaving this review, and the door is completely shut.
