If you are poor they rather you suffer then help you. Called with a infection fever and massive swelling in the face told me it be 1000.00 to walk in the door. And I have some insurance. Told them I don't have 1000.00 told me to borrow it. News flash poor people tend not to have rich friends. No payment options just pay us 1000.00 or go suffer.
