I had a very good experience yesterday at North Mankato Family Dentistry. Dr. Flack is very professional, thorough, and caring and his staff is outstanding! I'm very leery and uncomfortable with any dental procedures but the my cleaning and x rays were done with gentleness and thoughtfulness and I felt very comfortable during and after the procedures.

I can’t believe how nice and caring everyone here is. I had a wisdom tooth emergency that was bothering me all weekend so I called at 9:30 pm on a Sunday not being able to handle it anymore. They had me come in at 8:00 the next morning and were able to remove my tooth and save me money ! I am so thankful, this is now my favorite dentist.

My husbands dentures broke in1/2 and it was a Sunday, isn’t that the way it goes. Monday morning I called North Mankato Family Dentistry. I prayed and some one picked up.
Well they went out of the way to help my husband that day. We are great full for all their kindness and Dr. Flack was amazing.

Best dentist ever. If you need any dental work GO SEE DR. FLACK. Dec. 31 I started the process of extracting some bad teeth. I was very nervous because I knew it would take several days to recover from general anesthesia. Dr. Flack turned me on to conscious sedation. It was awesome. I woke up the next morning and was good to go. No waiting for anesthesia to clear my system. I remember bits and pieces of the day. Dr. Flack and Karla were wonderful. They did not shame me for the condition of my teeth. They were very compassionate and caring. The entire staff is great. I have had conscious sedation 2 times. I now have a beautiful, good fitting partial. Thank you to all the staff for making me feel welcome and giving me back a beautiful smile.

I loved my experience at North Mankato Family Dentistry! I had a lot of work done at one time. I slept through the entire appointment and never felt any pain. The work done looks amazing and feels great. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. The care is very comprehensive and I appreciated how completely they answered all my questions. Wow! This staff was so kind and caring! I was extreme pain before visiting this staff as needed an emergency tooth extraction. Dr. Schuck was so professional and caring. She was thorough and explained to me all the things she would be doing. I am not even a patient of theirs but I am now!

Without question, I am more than satisfied, happy and pleased with my visit to The North Mankato Family Dentitry facility. From the very first phone contact and every step of the way afterwards to the end. Without exception I was treated with the utmost respect and attention to my needs and concerns. Dr Flack conferred with me every step. He advised me of my options and proceeded at a pace that was tolerable to me. In 50 years, he showed me that there is at least ONE dental professional who is worthy of my personal opinion. Thank you Dr Flack!!! I also have to mention the the ladies in this facility as well. From the greeting at check in to the history information interview to the assistant working directly with the Dr and finally at check out, each and every one of these ladies possessed a smile, a polite, friendly and courteous personality that aided in a much less stressful experience! Given my personal reason for this visit I will most likely only see these wonderful individuals once or twice more but I assure you this, had I heard or known about this facility in the past, all my business would have been here! Thank you again one and all!!!!

I was referred to them from my original dentist for some work to be done. I was referred due to them having sedation as an option and my original dentist did not have that option.
All the employees were very respectful and professional from the secretary to the dentist. I had all my old metal fillings removed (more than 10) and had it all done in one appointment under sedation. The teeth were all in different quadrants of the mouth as well. After under sedation I do not remember much of it as it was a very helpful option for those that deal with anxiety issues. The doc said on average it takes about 2 weeks before you are fully healed. I was on the much higher side of the average and it took about 5 weeks before my teeth stopped completely aching as it was a large trauma to my teeth.
All in all the appointment went great and the sedation option helped through the anxiety issues. I would highly recommend this business as they did a wonderful job.
