Everyone is great, from start to finish! I really appreciate both Dr Keith and Dr Angela! The entire staff will always listen and care about the individual, with expertise and their knowledge. From cleaning, transplants, or Invisalign placement, or anything else a person needs! They will always do what is right for You!! Best Dentist (s) and Staff around!!!

I am new to the area and was looking for a new dentist. My last checkup was 6 months ago and there was no inkling of any cavities. Note that I had been going to this dentist my whole life and very much trusted them. I decided to try this office and was told I had 4 cavities and one tooth they’d like to “keep their eye on.” I had my X-rays and diagnostics sent to my old dentist. He didn’t see what Dr. Schuck was seeing. I also had these sent to another dentist in town and went to see them in person and that dentist also didn’t see what they were seeing and she didn’t feel any soft spots in my teeth that would warrant a cavity. They also showed me the X-rays that they sent over and they were TERRIBLE…very blurry and definitely were not the same X-rays that were shown to me by Dr. Schuck. Seems like quite the scam they have running and I am so thankful I trusted my gut and got second opinions. I now see other similar reviews on here and have heard from others after telling them my story that they’ve heard similar things about this place. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!!

For one with dental anxiety as I have , this is the best place for dental care. Cavities, crowns, implants, etc. have had all and my fav…. Sedation!

The longer I stay with this dentist facility the less and less satisfied that I am getting the care for the costs. The dentist determines what and how they are going to treat rather than discuss the out of pocket costs. They choose to do white fillings that insurance may cover less on based solely on their company practice decisions. At this point I'm going to start shopping around because I just do not feel I am getting the full value of my money. I cannot recommend this dentist any more than another because if the growing costs. I like Dr Flack's service but I'm concerned that the costs continue to inflate.

Like many people, I have anxiety about going to the dentist. The team at North Mankato Family Dentistry is so friendly and make you feel comfortable and at ease. I have had two sedation appointments for the work I have needed done. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone needing work done or just a cleaning. Dr. Flack and his team are #1!

I've spent 10s of thousands of dollars to get a beautiful smile. I got a complete upper denture and a partial lower. Everything went well, I had a smile that I hadn't seen in years. Three months later my teeth no longer show when I smile. I went back only to be told, "I could have another denture made, but it will cost more money to replace." A three month smile is all I got for the 10s of thousands of dollars of money that I spent. I am extremely disappointed with the results from the meeting I had with Dr. Keith Flack, to discuss my 3 month disappearing smile. I'm left with more out of pocket expense, a smile that doesn't exist and a company that appears to only care about the money they make.

I have gotten three implants. Two of the implants were my front teeth, and you cannot tell that they are implants. They matched my other teeth perfectly! I'm currently doing Invisalign to straighten my smile.

My wife has had nothing but bad experiences with dentists in the past so she was very hesitant to consider the work she needed done. From the very first appointment staff put her fears to rest. She was reassured there would be no judgement on the condition of her teeth. The sedation regiment they put her on for the first appointment which had a majority of the work she needed done was beyond her expectations. She remembers me parking in the lot, and don't recall anything after that until the next morning. The follow up call that came from Dr. Flack a few days later impressed her. If you are like her and are nervous about dentists, she highly reccommends this business.
