If this post was rating the way the employees treated me or the value of the services I received I would give them 4 stars plus. but in the end the reason I rate this Aspen Dental a one star is because they gave me the service they wanted, not the service I asked for or needed. I booked an appointment online and selected broken tooth as reason for the visit. I spoke with a representative on the phone and told her the reason for my visit. When I had my appointment I was given an exam an told about everything I need to have done, but my broken tooth wasn't fixed. It has a rough edge and is cutting my tongue as I type this. I was hoping that if it needed a crown the dentist would at least remove the rough edge. So I rate them a one star for not giving me the service I wanted and needed.

Very expensive..needed one tooth pulled they felt like my other 3 needed pulled as well..... oh of course more money for them!... went in for pain in my mouth took over 2 hours to leave.. had to go threw services not requested before seeing the doctor, Felt like I was in a sales call moving along with the flow of a convarer belt. I get it they are only there to make money. but no one has 2 hours to spend in a Doctors office. Felt like a process to buy a car

They do good work but overcharge and the employees are encouraged to meet a budget per month for a bonus. So they work extra without seeing the profit themselves

This place is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. While the staff was excellent and very nice and treated us kindly. I feel they lied and caused my wife more unnecessary pain. My wife called a few days earlier asking for a price of a tooth extraction. They said they cannot give a estimate, but they will ensure her the best quality of care. So, reluctantly, we set up an appt for 3pm today as a new patient. We get there, she gets called in. They say they want to take X-rays, and do an exam. Which is free of charge as a new patient. We go in, wifey gets her X-rays. They take us in back and tell us the exam person will be there shortly and she will need a cleaning. (Remember, we are here for a tooth extraction) The exam person enters, asks my wife how she is doing. Wifey says she is in pain, we are there for an extraction. They start the exam. Poking and prodding etc. Shortly into the exam, she tells my wifey. "I know exactly the cleaning she is going to need. And in order to continue I need your permission to numb up your entire mouth". My wife then asks her, will we be able to get the tooth extracted today, this is a lot of work. The exam person says the Dr's schedule is too full to do an extraction. After the free exam and cleaning, we would need to meet with their financial aid person and go over options and then schedule an appt for the extraction. LIKE WTH! Why did we wait several days for an appt for an extraction, and then be told "We do not have the time". Not, well your gums are infected, or the moon is not in its proper alignment, the smurfs are out of town. No, they do not have the time. This is a money scam! to set multiple appts for multiple visits and fees and who knows what else. How is this "The best quality of care"??? We literally got up and walked out of there, wifey, still in pain, and went somewhere else. A few dental places later, we ended up at a wonderful Dr' office across town. We walked in, explained what happened at Aspen. They were able to get us in right away, took an X-ray of the affected tooth. Consulted us, agreed that the tooth was not worth/able to be saved, showed us why on the Xray he came to that decision. We concurred, and in less than 30 minutes from when we arrived, the tooth was out. Thanks the gods there are still people in this town that care about PATIENT first, and their wallet second. Unlike Aspen.

The dentist was great but the staff member that took my X-Ray was another story. She told me to lean my head back as far as I can I was but she thought I should lean it back more. When I couldn't she got up set. Then when I kept gagging on the X-Ray stuff in my mouth that up set her more. Like I could stop myself from doing it.

We received great care at Aspen Dental! The staff and Dr. Bellil were caring and considerate reassuring me as a mother and making the best of the experience for my daughter. Dr. Bellil went over the procedure with me and called afterward to check on my daughter. Thank you Dr. Bellil and staff!

Taryn, the hygienist, is one of the most caring hygienist ever. I felt very comfortable in her chair. Don't put your teeth cleaning off because your nervous, because she made it a very comfortable experience and will take great care of you!

The office phoned me regarding a cancellation and I was able to get in sooner than expected. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Poking by hygienist only painful in areas where I have decay and inflammation. Love the technology of immediately viewing dental x-rays. Affordable financing. Anticipate clean teeth and crown on molar. Smiles.
