Aspen Dental

My goal was to get my teeth fixed and Aspen helped me reach that goal. Everyone in the office are very friendly and they know you by name I can't express my thanks to Aspen dental. I would definitely recommend Aspen dental to make a dream come true. Thank you so very much for everything you have done for me. I am looking forward to continuing my visit with you. The staff is very very nice and worked with me very well. The staff I worked with was Silvia-Yuri who took my xrays, taryn did my cleaning and did a great job and Sierra went over financials with me to help me understand why I needed to get the work done!

Overall a great team and a great place to get your teeth cleaned and worked on!

By far the BEST dentist I've ever been to. They tell you your treatment plan and cost before doing anything, unlike other dentists that treat first and send the surprise bill later. Everyone is super friendly and gentle, this coming from someone who is terrified of the dentist to the point of panic attacks. Great, Great place!!! Definitely go above and beyond.

My husband and I both had an appointment at noon and did not get out until 3pm! All that was done was xrays and a consultation with the dentist & I had a consultation with the hygienist but my husband did not. Oddly enough we both had gingivitis (although we have always been told we have very healthy gums) so would need an appointment for treatment even before we could get an appointment for cleaning. We then had a consultation with someone about financial cost for the extensive dental work we both needed. Too many consultations and not enough time with the dentist. We will be getting a second opinion.

Have never written a negative review before. We had just relocated from another state when my husband developed a very bad toothache and scheduled an appt with a dentist our son recommended. They prescribed antibiotics and took full X-rays, as it was abcessed. But they were out of network with our insurance. So we set up an appointment at Aspen Dental. Ashley, at the front desk was nice and very helpful. We chose this office as they were in network with our insurance. I, his wife, also scheduled a new patient appt. When my husband was called back to see the doctor for a toothache in the lower part of his mouth, he was told he needed all his uppers pulled. This was a shock to him. He refused but they took impressions anyway, for which we were charged. They didn't want to do a root canal on the lower problem tooth and instead referred him to a very expensive endodonist who was out of network and said we would have to pay for all services upfront. Needless to say, all appointments were cancelled with Aspen Dental and the endodonist. A call was placed to the first dentist, Gentle Dental, who got him in the next day. Our insurance only covers 50% but he had the lower root canal done. It was worth it to us to be treated with dignity and respect. His next appt is for a cleaning. Nothing was said about pulling uppers and replacing with dentures. I believe Aspen Dental specializes in dentures and they have their own lab. At Gentle Dental they negotiated with our insurance company and we didn't have any out of pocket expenses for the first visit. After my husbands procedure there, they called twice to make sure he was doing okay. That's what I call service. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

I was greeted and treated like I was someone special...not just another client. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, welcome and relaxed. They answered all my questions honestly with no hesitation and made suggestions as to the best care for me , options that were available to make my smile the very best possible, as well as helping me get financing on my own limited income and NOT from combined household income. I've always had cruddy teeth since 5 years of age due to a very severe reaction to penicillin, lived with yellow grey teeth, broken and soft teeth so didn't smile openly so people couldn't see my teeth. Now I smile all the time, not to mention I feel so much better and can eat anything my heart desires already after5 only 5 weeks. Aspen Dental not only gave me my smile back, they gave me my life back as my attitude and my health have greatly improved! It's so awesome to get up every morning with no headaches, be able to taste and chew food without the yucky taste of blood and infection from my cruddy teeth and flash beautiful white teeth while smiling!!! Most people don't believe I am wearing dentures as they look so natural. Just can't give them enough thanks for all they have done for me. The whole office staff is totally awesome!

Very professional and friendly environment! The dentist did an excellent job, and Alicia was extremely helpful in explaining how my insurance was going to cover my procedure. All of this combined with the fact that they were cheaper than anybody else in town, would make me come back again for sure. Great job!!!

We were completely lied to. We called, and had talked to someone about getting my husband's teeth pulled the day we were there we were told it would not be a problem. We went in expecting to have my husband's teeth pulled, and for him to get dentures. During his appointment we were informed that they refused to pull his teeth even though they are in bad condition but the dentist didn't consider them bad enough for dentures, or so he said anyway because it would cost substantially more to have him try to save the teeth that my husband did not want saved . My husband explicitly asked to have his teeth pulled he does not want to continue having tooth problems and pain. his decision was to pull them. With complete disregard to my husband's decision they refused to pull his teeth. As a one income family we cannot afford the money it would cost to fix them as opposed to getting dentures. I will never suggest this Dentist office to anyone. They take zero concern with what the patient wants and they do whatever they want without any regard to the patient's wishes.

When I went in for my 6 month cleaning , they had asked me if I wanted the fluoride treatment and I told them no because in the past it had made me nauseous. The dental hygienist did her normal routine of checking my teeth , and then cleaned them . When the dentist came in he asked if I was going to do the fluoride treatment and I told him I didn’t want to . He said that it would help some of the occasional tooth pain I had if I did the fluoride and then stated, “so, yes we will be doing the fluoride”, more so in a decided statement then a question . Then the hygienist told me I needed to continue to use the mouthwash I had gotten from them the last time and got out a new bottle for me . I told her I still had half a bottle at home and she told me that wasn’t going to be enough and insisted on me taking the new mouthwash . So my $5 copay visit to the dentist turned into an $85 visit because they were insistent up the fluoride and mouthwash . Needless to say , I will not be going back to them again.

This is a great friendly place! They were very busy but got us right in and right out, every worker had a smile on their face and they all seemed very welcoming. Not only that but we had to make an emergency appointment to get two teeth out and they got me fit in the next day! Great place for kids first time.
