Great experience, wish I lived closer so I could continue to see this dentist. They are wonderful and couldn't be more interested in what the patients needs are. The doctor checked on me multiple times to make sure I was still doing good and made me feel important and comfortable.

I've found that the people at Aspen Dental have always been helpful, professional, and friendly. Last visit was to get my dentures adjusted. there is a whole other story to that but........not now. They really made a difference on this adjustment. Great experience. Thank You to all the Aspen Dental associates in Grand Island NE. They are awesome individuals. Sincerely, Paul

I have been coming to Aspen Dental for several months. Every experience has been positive and the work performed has been excellent. Jayne has done all the cleanings and treatments and is always upbeat and a joy to be around. I enjoy going to my appts when it is apparent that the employees enjoy their jobs and are happy to see me. I feel better than I have in years since getting my oral health back in control. I credit Jayne and Dr. Anderson with that. I have brought 2 other family members into their office and one of them brought in another family member. I always recommend Aspen to anyone I talk to.

First, they have a sign that says "Your First exam and xrays are FREE", except...they won't do anything at your first exam. No cleaning, No fillings, no nothing. They make you schedule a second appointment/exam to come in to get all of that taken care of, and then charge you for the second exam. Scam!

Second, the x-ray tech, hygienist and dentist will all treat you like you are 5 and never been to a dentist before. Talking down to you in their explanations. It was insulting!

Third, for me personally, they said I had severe gingivitis and horrible bleeding gums and required a heavy price tag deep clean treatment...except for the fact that I have never had ANY of the symptoms of any of that and when I refused the non-necessary treatment they refused to clean my teeth at all. Got a second opinion from another dentist...yeah I DO NOT have gingivitis or horrible bleeding gums.

And last but not least....The "Free" X-rays and all the "exam" items were still going to be run through my insurance according to the billing dept. They aren't free, and they will charge you if insurance won't pay.

This place is a rip-off. Avoid at all costs!

Extremely disappointed. They would not touch me, even for dentures because I had taken fosamax for a short time in the past. Wasted an hour drive one way and another back. This could have been asked in a prelim phone survey prior to going down. Never spoke with anyone when I set the appt It is done all online. They referred me to the university which is 2 1/2 hour drive one way. I will got locally I guess.

Sweet Gal helped me at first. She was very pleasant. The Dentist however, is not. He didn’t seem to care what I wanted to do with MY mouth and teeth. Which was take all the rot out of my mouth and get dentures. He however seems to believe that he can fix my teeth and allow me to spend 10 Grand at your office. And hope it lasts me the rest of my life.Versus spending 3-4 grand on a decent dentures set. You don’t care about your patients. You only care about making top dollar. Oh and they tell you that you have two infections in your mouth. But give you absolutely jack. Complete waste of my time and money to travel 45 mins away from home. Thanks for nothing Aspen

I went in to get a tooth looked at in May. I informed them I had no insurance, they took xrays , the Dentist look at them and informed me of the procedure that he would perform. Another lady came and attempted to rack up an addition $6300 in repairs, that I didn't need.
I opted for the root canal $2500 and started to prepay because I have dealt with people like this before, and knew what they would attempt to do. Slowly but surely I had it prepaid in full, some in cash, some from a personal card, and some from an HSA card. The HSA card was drained of funds so I told them to trash it, which she did in front of me.
Two months go by, its payed in full, I'm sitting in front of my Dentist, getting ready to have the procedure done, then he says he can't do it.
He had my xrays for two months and now discovered that he needed to send me to a specialist because he decided that he didn't want to remove the root, this should have been realized when he looked at the xray.
So then they decide they are going to refund me the price of having the nerve removed and they said that they NEEDED to refund to the way I payed...remember this ! They decided to refund the trashed HSA card, I questioned this several times, the knew I didn't have the account anymore, so the money went into the ethernet instead of my personal.
Fast forward today, went in after my appointment at the specialist, they tried to charge me again even though I showed them documentation that i was paid in full with THEIR signature. These people are thieves. They still owe me the remainder of the $2500 that was not credited to the ethernet.
I was told to calm down because she didn't like that I was calling her out..I was calm, you could tell because my mask was still on.
I asked her for the CASH I paid with..( refund the way I pay...remember ? )
Rude, condescending and completely unhinged when they get caught. When I reminded her of what she said, I was told to leave and would never be a patient of theirs. I told them unfortunately I was.
Are there negative stars ?
