Contacted before I went in to get a tooth pulled and was told I could make payments. Driver over an hour to the clinic and wouldn't treat me until I paid all up front. Was not able to be treated.

Went in to have X-RAYS taken; this process was painful and long. They really need to use something more comfortable than a metal piece with plastic wrapped around it. Staff was friendly though.

Great customer service. I experienced some confusion with the billing on my first visit, but the Grand Island office was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure things were taken care of to my satisfaction.

THE WORST, as dentist go,for routine probably not bad, but the tech and dentist couldnt find the right drill on my first visit for a root canal , (ive waited about 7 months to do this review because i was so upset at the problems their service caused me i wanted to be calm in telling about it) the root canal he blew out the side which was a brandnew crown that the first dentist messed up on which is what brought me to aspen they were the only ones on myins. so when the bill was at 3000.00 i needed to use that well that was out of pocket cost, by the time i got done with what i first went in for which was 3 crowns and a filling it cost me 5000.00 plus and ins paid half, I still have pain the dentist wouldnt use his time wiseley i sat in the chair waiting for 1 1/2 hours then he comes in doesnt hardly say a word blows off any thing i was complaining about and still today the crown on the bottom he seated is not on right theres a gap that has a sharp ridge feels like a huge popcorn hull stuck, i ended up haveing to take 4 sessions of antibiotics because they go from room to room with the gloves on opening cabinets then right in your mouth, the last day i had my bridge installed the tech dropped it and just handed it to the dentist thankfully this one told her to blow it off.i took my husband for my last appt as the one who was supposed to apply it, i needed to have words with so he could fix the mess hes caused but i saw him in the parking lot and they had a temp come in and put it on. shadey. iv been through hell they use up all your ins then leave u hanging how do u go back to someone who disreguarded complaints. i expected to come out with quality work i cant eat on the left side going on a yr now. i wrote them a final complaint and never got a response to how they were going to pay to fix this mess

They quote one price but charge a huge difference. They charge for a surgical procedure for a simple extraction. This they do in advance but do not refund you the difference. Would not recommend.

Don't take your children here!!!!! If they barely start crying because they are scared they won't see them because of Behavioral problems!!!!! They we think to stick a camera on a big red stick in my daughter's mouth.the camera & stick was bigger than her mouth & they tried pushing it in!!!! I will make sure to pass this along to everyone I know!!
