Aspen has the friendliest staff!!! And they are very punctual. I travel 2 hours one way to be their patient. They’re absolutely AMAZING!!!!!

Everything seemed like it started out alright.... I've had a bad tooth for a week now that all I needed was pulled so they set me up an appointment at three on a Friday... after knowing all I needed done was a tooth pulled and did not want any more work they proceeded to do X-rays that probably took an hour. After that the dentist seen me and wanted to give me pre-meds an hour before pulling the tooth. So instead of giving me the antibiotic they decided to do the paperwork and take payment first and by that time it was about 4:30 and right after they took the payment they told me they wouldn't be able to pull it today and the dentist won't be back for two weeks... not a very happy customer at all. I had them refund the money back on the card told them where they could shove the amoxicillin and walked out and will never return again. I would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy.

Dr Covarrubias is polite, funny and explains all the procedure as he does them. Crystal and Sierra were wonderful! Very calming and laughed at my jokes.......explaining what was happening as it was done. I will have a brand new smile thanks to them😁

I probably will never recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. I had a cap break off of a tooth and a sharp point was scraping my tongue raw. I called their reservation number and explained that I needed to get the sharp point smoothed and was told that I could get into the Grand Island office at 10:45. I was in GI (not my hometown) taking care of my grandchildren. I got a call a few minutes later that they were overbooked at 10:45. If I came in right away they had an opening. I arrived at 9:30 and did not see anyone until about 10:30. The tech started several xrays and I told her I just needed the sharp point smoothed and she said she still had to take the xrays. I saw the dentist for a few minutes and he could see the problem. He sent in another tech to check my gums. I was then sent to the financial representative who showed me a lump sum quote for all the work they wanting to do. (Not itemized) After several minutes of her telling me this is what they needed to do to relief my discomfort, she agree to let the dentist smooth the sharp point. It cost me $61.00 and it took him two minutes and left the office at 11:30. What a waste of everyone's time.

Had My tooth extracted today great everyone shout out to Dr C great extraction pulled it didn't fill a thing shout out to Daisy in X-rays great job love the dance it's almost like a waltz the whole team deserves 10 's across the board

Pathetic People.
I made an appointment two weeks ahead of time for my routine cleaning. When i arrive there on the scheduled day, they told me that they can only do the exam today as their dental hygienist is not there today.
What ???? I took my day off so that i can get my cleaning done and am i hearing it right? i made appointment for routine cleaning and you guys scheduled me on the day no one is there to do that.. ..
Even more to it they did confirm appointment a day before and in the morning of the scheduled day but they did not bother to tell me that it cant be done today...
i would never suggest to even consider them ..if i could i would give them negative stars rating they dont deserve even one star..

Such a great experience and the team is great. Karina is so nice and made me feel very welcome. Most places don't do that. She's very good at what she does. The surgery went very well too.

Felt rushed. Dentist didn't make sure all my questions were answered. Didn't let me know that he was done with me. When I asked a question and realized he was not in the room nor said he was leaving, and the assistant didn't even comment other then to tell me the dentist went on with his other patients. No one made sure I was satisfied with my visit.

Everybody was beyond professional and very friendly. Not one person was clinical in any way. They made going to the dentist a not bad thing. 😊
