The staff were great...But the dentist was kinda rude considering he didn't want to do what I wanted done... Initially I wanted to see about dentures and had my mind set on dentures..then I decided to save my teeth and fix what needs to be fixed.. I've had a tooth ache for about a month now and wanted to know what needs to be done to fix... Dentist didn't even look at or tell me what needs to be done to it..All he was focused on was what we initially discussed 2weeks ago..I told him I don't care how much it cost to fix my teeth all he was worried about that's it's pointless to fix if they were going to pull teeth out even though I told him that wasn't going to happen...Now I gotta go back to dentist for him to look at my teeth and to see what needs to be done..Even though that appt was suppose to be like that...I just don't understand why when you have a paying patient that the dentist thinks he can be rude..All I heard the dentist say is He can't this he can't that..When in fact he can he just doesn't want to which gets alittle bit annoying...Now I gotta take off work again and go back UGH!!!!

The whole staff at aspen dental are great. Steph and daisy were so sweet and wonderfully kind,and Crystal got me a price package that fit my budget,which is awesome. Doc..well,he simply is the best dentist ever.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I had the pleasure of meeting Crystal, Daisy, Stefanie and Dr. Covarrubias in the Grand Island, NE dentist office. Went above and beyond to actually do two visits in one day to save me the travel time. Excellent place!!!

The staff is very friendly but they are a fee service and the fees are not low. Offering gum irrigation when second opinion said not needed. No cleanings at first appointments, I have a job and can’t take time for a consult when I just want a cleaning. I also made an appointment for my kids to go in for a cleaning again and they put a sealant on my sons teeth with out permission and tried charging $52 per tooth times 10. This is not a covered expense by insurance if there has ever been a filling or if they are not permanent teeth. Beware if you are going there and get a second opinion before allowing work.

This was my first time visit. I was under the impression I was there for a cleaning and a look over of my teeth. When I left I was a bit confused and concerned. I had no cleaning of my teeth but left with an estimate of $6300.00 worth of work to be done on my teeth. I wonder of all the years that I have been going to a dentist every 6 months did they even know what they were doing, or do I now need a second opinion. I'm a little unsure of what I should do now.
The staff was very friendly and kind. If I was basing my visit on this then I would definitely return.

Went to have a couple teeth pulled. They did their observation, told me could save my teeth. Told me I had infection in my mouth didn't give me anything for it. Still in pain but do have a quote for 8400$ . Just shows they are nothing but a scam and want people's money and not for the helping of people. How are you even able to live with yourself knowing you sent a patient out of your facility that had an infection without atleast giving them some kind of relief. Didn't listen nor care to her what I wanted done even after telling them the whole reason on the phone while setting up appointment. It's nothing but a money game to them.

If I could give a zero or below I sure would! ABSOLUTELY a horrible experience! If you have any tooth pain dont bother going ! I travel for my job so when I made the appointment I was told this all was noted so I took off drove 150 miles to the appointment then have ABSOLUTELY nothing done to move forward to end the tooth pain . The one gal told me she had only done an impression one other time and then left and I was left sitting for a very long time. That was after seeing the dentist then finally I went to use the restroom and another lady says I was just coming to get you well she then took me to the front and started giving me these outrageous estimates the lowest was almost triple the amount that a small town dentist quoted me for a temporary denture this all took over 2 and a half hours just to be told that the appointment was basically a meet and greet and it didn't matter that I was and have had a tooth bothering me so basically it was just a waste of my entire afternoon and am still searching for a way to get my dental issue resolved

I love Holly and Chelsea and Dr. Covarrubias! They have all been so kind, professional, and thorough. Extremely pleased so far with their care and courtesy during my treatment plan. Crystal is also most pleasant to work with on the financial side. I highly recommend Grand Island Aspen Dental!

Aspen dental was very friendly,professionally and Chelsea was freaking awesome and very friendly and knew what she was doing and explained everything. Then when I got to financing she was very helpful and did everything to make my experience better, oh yeah the doc was so professional and explained everything in detail, I RECCOMEND ASPEN DENTAL TO EVERYONE CAN'T WAIT TO SMILE AGAIN 😊

They do a good enough job doing x-rays and cleaning your teeth, but they are clearly trying to sell you on things you don't need. It's very strange that I have to tell a dentist no because I don't trust they have my best interests at heart when recommending a product or a procedure.
