I wouldn't reccomend this place to anybody. The prices are sky high, the dentist was not gentle at all. They found fault in the work that has been done by other dentist plus tell you that you need work done even if it not neccessary. We felt like we were on a conveyer belt the way they moved you through.

My husband went to Aspen Dental with a bad tooth ache to get relief, but didn’t get anywhere . He left with a tooth ache. The only good thing from it was it didn’t cost. I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone Rita Grigsby

I am new to the area and was in need of a dentist. Their website listed general dentistry so I made an appointment. I walked out of the office an hour and forty minutes later with the infected tooth I walked in with and a paper explaining everything they wanted to do, that had nothing to do with why I went in. I was informed they pull infected teeth, they do not give antibiotics, but even though there was no way anyone is pulling an infected tooth of mine they didn't offer anyways. They wanted me to make another appointment and come back the next morning. Instead I went to another Dental office.

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and polite. Clean office and prompt service. Everything was explained clearly and I feel I am getting the best service for my money. I recommend them. They made me feel comfortable as I don't do well with dental offices.

New insurance sent us to Aspen. Took my daughter in to get a cavity filled. The dentist examined her and said there was no cavity. Child informed him that she DID have a cavity so he did a 2nd exam and was able to find it at that time. They didn’t fill it. In fact WON’T fill it unless I make an appointment for her to see someone else they referred us to. Hygienist said my child has an infection. When I said “An ACTIVE infection? Right now?” (With no pain or fever - and she’s actually TAKING an antibiotic right now for something not dental related.) The gal backed off the infection and just said we’d have to see the other guy they were referring her to. Hokey! We won’t go back again. I’ll take her somewhere else to get the cavity filled. $20 says the guy they referred us to is also associated with Aspen.

This place lies to you and gets your hopes up just to tell you in a kind way that you are a POS! They told my mother that she was approved for dentures and then when it was time to finialize the paper work and make a down payment they told her NO. Don't tell ppl that they are approved and then shut them down. Don't mess with ppl emotions. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Not worth the time.

They were very patient with me when I called regarding billing questions. And they were great because twice I went in without prior appointment since I had toothaches. They saw me the same day I went in. Overall great customer service and expert dental knowledge!

Previous visits have been OK, but the same dentist saw us that did 6 months ago and he gave us a whole different take on the few issues we had. Same teeth, but more expensive fixes. We are going to get second opinions. And the hygienist practically stands you on your head - feet higher than your head. Not impressed with her either. We're going to find another practice to go to.

Dr Loveless was very good!! He made sure to take the time to assure that I felt no pain! He was very efficient at his job! He had my 2 top left molars out in about 45 mins and no pain at the time!!
