I was not pleased that I had to wait over 30 minutes to see the dentist. People that came in after me were seen before me. It seemed very unorganized and a lack professionalism. I was surprised that there was Jehovah's witness pamphlets displayed in the waiting room and found it inappropriate. There is always a possibility that someone could be offended by politics and religion displayed in a business thus drive customers away.

There were a lot of scheduling mix-ups for a simple checkup and cleaning. There is almost a harassment of texts, phone calls AND emails just to confirm an appointment which I thought was confirmed when I made it, which is a little annoying.

I returned for a small filling. I have never had so much water and spit fly all over my face as much as that day, and I have had a lot of experience in dental/orthodontic chair growing up.

The assistant forgot my chart and when asked about the location of the filling, she told me wrong. She also vocalized the odd fact that she had no idea how much anesthetic she was supposed to administer. She asked a few people in the office and concluded with "well I don't know, but I guess I'll give you the rest of it." Um....

Also, while curing the resin, the doctor started watching T.V. (no, I'm not joking - I wish I was) and didn't notice the hot tip jabbing into the roof of my mouth. I was numbed up so it took awhile for me to flinch, and then he looked back from the T.V. and pulled it out (seriously?)

After X-rays, I waited an hour for the doctor to come in while two trashy over-sexualized episodes of That 70s Show played on my chair, which I found inappropriate and unprofessional. They didn't leave a remote, and staff seemed to disappear while I waited for the dentist.

Not a horrible place, but not my fav either. This is more of a cattle-herd commercial dentistry - I guess I prefer that hometown care. I don't think I will go back.

I called early in the morning and got in that afternoon. I am very impressed with their customer service. They were all extremely friendly and helpful, and even the receptionist was bright and playful. Loved the overall work setting, and had a great experience.

I love this dental practice. The staff are awesome. My dentist was non judgemental and was very understanding, honest and genuinely wanted to help me get my smile back.

My visit with Aspen Dental was amazing, The staff was down to earth and made me feel right at home completely relaxed, I generally have major anxiety when visiting a dentist and I had very little which amazed me, I had a wonderful explanation of what is going on and the plan of action, I'm overall very pleased and would recommend this office to everyone, Thank You for being there for me

Would be no stars if possible. I’m literally begging and crying for a teeth cleaning but unless I agree to pay for all the extra stuff they want to do ..to the tune of $5,000... they refuse to do anything. Apparently, I was diagnosed with gum disease which is ironic considering that the only person who touched my mouth was the dentist who want to put implants in.
Complete scam operation. Stay far away and find a reputable dentists office that won’t try scamming you.

Overall, my visit at Aspen Dental was quite good. They were helpful and did a good job. I've had less tooth pain since going with them :)

I don't feel like the Dr listened to what I wanted,in my opinion he was all about making money. He set up a plan with the most expensive options available. My income is limited at the time due to Crohn's disease limiting my work schedule so I will be going elsewhere

The thing that I really dislike about this clinic is you can't refuse procedures. I've gone the past two years without getting my teeth cleaned because I "have to" have my gums flushed. It's not covered by my insurance and I feel I should be able to JUST get my teeth cleaned no matter what reason I should have my gums flushed. What happened to patient rights to refuse?? The final straw for me was they sent me a reminder to have my Yearly exam and told me I HAD to have xrays done but did not tell me that it was THREE weeks before my insurance would cover it since it was not quite one year since my last xray. Needless to say I will never go back.
