They work well with my insurance, and I have no issue scheduling appointments when I want them. I have confidence in my dental visits through Dr. Lafferty’s kind and caring manner and his professional practice techniques. Recently Dr. Lafferty added me to his busy schedule on an exceptionally late day for him and the staff to accommodate my urgent needs for a complex crown. The crown was prepared and completed in the same morning. When I needed a quick adjustment to my bite the next day they made room for me, and resolved my issue. I was able to make my scheduled travel out-of-town the next day. I’m still out of town by the way, and my teeth and I have been comfortable enjoying many cuisines. Thank you Gentle Dentistry!
I’ve often had anxiety during dental care so, I employ mindful calming practices. Dr. Lafferty listens to me and supports my needs. He provides pain management through the gentle anesthetic injections, and topical anesthesia that I prefer.
Dr. Lafferty takes the intermittent breaks I ask for, which helps me manage anxiety and discomfort during dental procedures. I always go home from my appointments with satisfaction and a smile.

I have had my fair share of unpleasant Dental experiences and I had not been to the dentist in several years when I came to this clinic. From the very start I was met with gentle care and professionalism. Dr Lafferty is very skilled and personable
and he immediately put my fears at ease… so much so that for my last appt I opted not to take novocane when fixing a cavity! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great office for general dentistry

ABQ Gentle Dentistry is the best dental office I have ever been to. Every member of the staff is extremely professional and really makes you feel like family. They are also extremally good at what they do. I have had several procedures done in the office from routine cleanings to crowns and deep cleanings, never once did I have any pain. They truly live up to the "Gentle" in their name.
