To begin, Dr. Shah is a great orthodontist and I have been satisfied so far with my ortho experience; however, there were some issues with scheduling on the front offices end that lead to me not being scheduled for my routine ortho check-up. When I called to express my concerns and spoke to the manager, Mary, she told me, “If you’re not satisfied take off the braces.” Which is easy to say when you’re not paying thousands out of your pocket. This is very unprofessional coming from the manager and speaks volumes about the patient care they provide.

I just had a root canal done and it was done so well I barely even felt soreness after words. Dr. Elizabeth Wilson was so kind and clear with what needed to be done and she was very helpful when it came to information about cost. Shes awesome and I'm so grateful for her. The staff was awesome as well. I didnt catch all of their names but every Dental assistant was friendly and had great attitudes. So happy I chose comfort dental thank you

Best place I've been to in 20 years. Dr. Prieto is super great, quick, very nice, knowledgeable and listens to rock n roll in the building. Mikayla, the tech, was amazingly nice and did a very comfortable and gentle cleaning. Staff was very accommodating. Occasionally the wait in the lobby is a bit long but usually because theyre short a Dr. that day, which is reasonable it's during a pandemic still. Overall best comfort dental in abq.

Dr. Shah is without a doubt the kindest and most attentive doctor I ever saw. I transferred to this clinic from out of state and he worked with my existing braces. I am now done with braces and the retainers fit perfectly. Their prices are the best around. I am very happy with my treatment here.

I've always had trouble going to the dentist. Some of the dentist I've had were not very good professionals.
I was very happy when I met Jeremy Dockstader Dentists.
If for some reason you have to have some teeth pulled. He's the person you want to do it.
One of the hardest things to do is in the beginning of numbing the teeth. He does a very great job of putting the needle into your gums without hurting you.
And when it comes time for him to pull your teeth out. He pulls it out so quick. That you don't even realize that he already did it. That's how good he is.
The clinic was clean when I went in. In the staff that I've seen have all been polite to me.
Comfort Dental is the place for me.

Terrible service, incompetent staff and rude doctor. Rough and awful treatments. Will ignore people with appointments to prefer walk ins despite appointment being an equally painful emergency. Will blame patient for their errors and treat them roughly with terrible painful and poor dental work. Their rough cleaning broke my tooth!

Dr Jeremy of Comfort Dental on Lomas is such a great Dentist!! I absolutely hate going to the Dentist and the whole staff was kind and patient. Dr Jeremy went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and calm, and then called to check up on my recovery a few days later. Such rare wonderfulness from a Dentist!

I got replacement retainers here because my original ones were cracked. There was no issues when I got the upper retainer replacement. When I got the lower retainer replaced, I had to take three impressions to get the perfect fit (I think my permanent retainer made it a bit tricky), but I appreciated that Dr. Shah strived to provide the best care. The second time I was already able to wear the new retainer, but Dr. Shah still suggested getting another impression to make the perfect fit. I was glad that we tried again and got the best result. All the staff I met were very patient and friendly too.

I am extremely phobic of dentists, and Dr. Sean was very understanding of this! Additionally, I am partially deaf, and the dental assistants were super accomodating, and wrote things down when I didn't understand what was being said. I will be going back to them the next time I need dental work! I can't say it was pain free, but at least everyone was very understanding.

My initial appointment went well and left me with high hopes. When I came back to get work done, (expecting a deep clean and to fix a filling) they said they wanted to prep me to get four fillings done. What?

Then after already being there for an hour and fifteen minutes, the assistant said the doctor would be another 30-45 minutes before she could give any treatment and it was up to me if I wanted to wait or reschedule and come back. Why would I want to come back to a place that would expect me to wait around for 2 hours before getting any work done?

I phoned them after the appointment for answers and they said the doctor would call me to explain what happened, she never did.

Lost all my trust in that office.
