Dr Yang and all of the staff are great. I went in for a cleaning this morning and had to get fillings. Dr Yang did the work on the spot quickly and gently. I highly recommend this dentist. Everyone was kind and professional. I was unsure of visiting the dentist during Covid. But they took every safety precautions and made this an easy dental visit.

My daughter is 7 years old. Recently, we found she had two teeth in one spot. We schedule an appoint and Dr. Yang is really kind and warm to treat her. Just one hour, they clean her teeth, finish filling and extract that additional tooth. At night, we get message from Dr. Yang to see how my daughter is feeling. This is a good dental clinic. Recommend people to come. Thanks Dr. Yang

Infection control is a big issue in the office. The assistant that was with us seemed like a student. I understand she’s learning but in order to be on your own you need to pass certain qualifications. Specially infection control, if not then you’re transmitting diseases and viruses between patients. Either they’re not teaching her right or something seems to be going on there. The last thing to touch any surface should be the disinfecting wipe. When the assistant was cleaning she would wipe down a certain instrument/ surface and would touch it again with her dirty gloves. Not to mention the waiting time, our appointment was at 5pm and it is currently 6:44 and we haven’t even started on the fillings we’re supposed to get done. They sat down two patients after us and they’re already gone and still waiting.

Rude incompetent staff, mischarge fees and blame the patient. Appointments mean nothing since preference is given to walk ins. Waiting over three hours to be gaslit about their faults being that of the patient. Do not go here!

Worst experience I’ve had with a dentist. I scheduled a cleaning and they told me she could probably fill my cavity as well at 11. Sat in the waiting room for 35 minutes with no one saying a word to me. I finally went to the front desk to ask if I should reschedule and she said she would check. She was in the back for a bit then finally came out and said to follow her. She took me to the back and tried to put me in a storage room- literally a dark room with a door and nothing in it but chairs stacked up tall all around the walls. I said “what am I going to do in here?” She said they were trying to find a clean room for me. Then someone came and said to take me to a “room” but it wasn’t clean so I just followed her around while she looked (really no privacy- just one large room with half dividers between chairs) and finally she said she found one and sat me down. The hygienist came in about 5 minutes later and said she needed to get X-rays but there were people in front of me so I’d have to wait in line behind the few people that were there first. I told her I’d been there for over 45 minutes. I asked how long the wait would be and she said a little while and the dentist was busy but would be here in a little bit. I waited longer. She came back and said a little bit again. I told her I think I should reschedule, as it seemed they were too busy. She went and got the dentist- Elizabeth Wilson. The dentist came in and asked why I was here. ??? I told her I scheduled a cleaning and the girl had told me she could fill a cavity. She began saying “I can’t do it all in 15 minutes.” ?? I told her- I understand this. Are you asking me to come back another time? She said no, but “I can’t do it all in 15 minutes. I can’t even do it all in 45 minutes.” She repeated this a few times and I said I don’t understand what you’re trying to say- are you saying you don’t have time for me? She then said no, but she needs to at least do an exam today. I told her I’m here for a cleaning- are you saying you can’t do this? She repeated the weird 15 minute comment. I gave up. I was so frustrated. I told her I’ll have to reschedule- it seems you all are too busy to take care of me today. I walked out. I was there for over an hour- left waiting with no attention- put in an empty storage room- and told by the dentist she couldn’t do what I made the appointment for. They clearly over scheduled and I will NEVER return to a comfort dental- worst experience I’ve ever had!!!

The dentist and the dental assistant were great. However we are in a pandemic and the lobby was full of people. There were people even standing because all the chairs were full. Everyone was using the same pens and clipboards. The person at the front desk was not cleaning the pens off nor the clipboards off after each use.

Gentle, kind, caring, knowledgeable & reasonable priced. Even if you have absolutely no insurance, your first appointment for an exam and x-ray are only $20! They have an in-house insurance (I think it's $10 a month) they will fix you up with. Even if I had lots of money, I wouldn't go anywhere else. HINT They have several locations. if you're going to have some majorly intense stuff done, I would recommend the one in the 10000i block of central near Tramway. There are four hotels you can stay at. The Suburban with a kitchenette is in the parking lot of the Comfort Dental. Directv also free. Sorry I don't know the exact address.

My experience with previous dentist made me not go to the dentist for a very long time. I gave in and went to Comfort Dental and Dr Jeremy was awesome. He was very concerned and his staff was great! He even PERSONALLY calls the day after and checks on his patients. I appreciate him and his whole office, THANK YOU!!

Second time around braces for my son. From the first time I brought him here I've been super impressed and pleased. Dr Shah is amazing and his staff (all the girls) are awesome! Very friendly and fun to be around. I will definitely bring my younger son here once he is ready for braces too.

Where do I start???? De. Sean Morgan and his lovely assistant were incredible. I have a really high fear of the dentist... Dr. Sean is always so great. He is gentle. He walks me thru every step. He makes sure to explain in detail everything so I am completely comfortable. I won't change him for anything! Not to mention the beauty in his work. I would give him 10 stars!
