Went for a cleaning, it went well then I was supposed to get some other work done but when I went to my appointment the worker said my insurance won't cover it so I left. Now 1 month later I get a bill saying I owe $1240 for 2 different appointments. The ones the insurance didn't cover. I NEVER GOT THE PROCEDURE DONE. Just an exam and cleaning paid by insurance. So just a heads up watch out.

First time visiting this location referred by a family member and I absolutely love the environment and very friendly front desk. Work was great and fast.

Dr. Shah was awesome, he was friendly & patient. I had a lot of questions & he took the time to answer all of them. He was very thorough with the exam. And I still can’t believe how much the braces are going to cost, it’s too good to be true...but it’s true! Wow!! Dr. Shah offers the best & most reasonable price anywhere in town! I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Shah. His assistant Samantha is great too, she was also able to answer all my questions about scheduling & pricing. The consultation was free.

Terrible incompetent service! Rude from reception to the dentist. Filthy facility. Accounting is guaranteed to mischarge every time. Making an appointment is useless you will be ignored in preference to walk ins. Gaslighting abusive Dr.Sean is a monster.

I’ve been taking my family to see Dr Yang for several years. We’ve only had cleanings and a few small fillings, so I can’t comment on major dental work, but for our needs she’s great. It’s easy to get an appointment, even evenings and weekends. However, they overbook so badly here. I came in for one tiny filling and I was there an hour and a half (it literally took 5 minutes for the filling). I even told the assistant I would skip the cleaning because I wanted get out of there ASAP to reduce potential COVID exposure. It’s like that every time I come. Once I waited with my two young kids 45 minutes past my appointment to be seen. Dr Yang did their exams then said my son had to come back to have a sealant put on his molar because she didn’t have time to do it that day. I also had to start taking my daughter to a different dentist because they don’t have gas and she was too scared to get a novacaine shot. Their Gold plan is really nice if you don’t have insurance, but as soon as our dental plan kicks in in January, I’ll probably look for another practice.

I am pleased with the treatment I received during my appointment at Comfort Dental.

The staff was friendly and Dr. Sean really listened to me about my concerns and eased my anxiety before the procedure. He also made sure that I had adequate medications for my recovery.

My appointment took almost 2 hours, but it wasn’t because I was being ignored, but because Dr. Sean made sure I was completely numb before he attempted the extraction.

I recommend Dr. Sean to anyone who may need to see a dentist. If you are like me and have complete fear and anxiety about going in, he will listen to you and will ease your anxiety.

I realized that I never warned against my horrid experience here. I had just been taken off my mom’s insurance before the age was extended. I was in school and qualified for Medicaid. My options were still limited. I had multiple good experiences at First Choice dental off of Bridge in the Valley. I had some pain, and could get a next day appt. here. They just wanted to charge Medicare as much as possible. I had a few very surface starter cavities that my dentist at first choice was watching. Without warning, this clinic drilled on multiple teeth with no Novocain or topical numbing agent of any kind. I felt trapped. It was awful!!!!!!!! I thought to myself. I felt immediately that it was about profit and not my dental health. There are better clinics. It might take a little longer to get an appointment, but I think it is worth it. I still needed to see my dentist after this visit.

Dr. Yang extracted my tooth and ended the pain quickly and as soon as possible. Thank you.

I am really pleased with my visits to Comfort Dental. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am especially happy with Dr. Elizabeth. She is such a wonderful dentist. Very kind, very gentle and very professional. I feel so blessed to have found her. She has done a great job with my teeth. I can’t thank her enough.

I was very impressed with this location. From the General Dentistry I received to my Orthodontic treatment. The staff and doctors are very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. Doctor Shah, the Orthodontist, saw me every time I went in for an appointment. He and his staff always made sure I was comfortable and aware of how treatment was progressing. Having anxiety when it comes to dental procedures, this made a world of difference!
On top of excellent customer service and a staff that cares, the results of my treatment were outstanding! My smile is perfect and i couldn't be happier! Thank you Comfort Dental
