Comfort Dental - Lomas

I had a great time at the dentist, I've been dealing with a private one because I thought it would be "better". But I was totally wrong. The doctor is much more polite and does work a hundred times faster and with more quality on medicaid. Definately recommend.

Don’t judge ‘a book by its cover’.
Though the facility isn’t all glitter and glamour, the dental equipment is.
I am much more concerned with the equipment and general temperament of a business where I am the customer versus focusing on the decor.
My appointment was emergent. I was scheduled within the hour of calling.
I did not have to sit in the waiting area for more than 5 minutes!
The assistant, Jessica was thoughtful in explaining all the processes of the examination. Dr. Huan Yang clearly is an expert in her field as well as being personable and also taking her time to explain what lies ahead in my repairs and recovery. Haven’t been to a dentist in a while, I wasn’t shamed for being negligent. Quite the opposite, I was reassured that with a few visits, I’ll be as good as new.

I went in for just a cleaning no pain before or when I got there, I then left in discomfort and pain . To much in a hurry I understand you're busy and have other patients but my teeth were done roughly and poorly. I've been to other dentists this has to be the worst one, I do not recommend.

I am leaving this review because for the last two weeks I've been suffering from pain in my teeth I seen a new dentist because it was the only chance I had in my time my regular dentist wasn't available on the day I was available so I seen (( Sean )) I do not know how long he's been doing this but seems like he hasn't been doing it at all for long he is the only dentist in my whole life that's made me have so much pain and actually made my visit very uncomfortable was not very nice. I had to make time out of my week to see my regular dentist so he can fix the sloppy job the other dentist did. If I can give a zero star for this dentist I would. By the way he was feeling cavities And well after the visit I suffer from pain for 2 weeks until I was able to get back in to see my regular dentist he did not drill the teeth out right so I was suffering from a lot of pain I feel like he did this job fast and sloppy do not recommend him.

I had to have a filling done and Dr. Sean and staff at Comfort Dental Lomas did an excellent job. Very lite, steady hands and was very gentle getting me numb. He was attentive and made sure I was comfortable and knew what was taking place throughout the whole procedure. I’ll definitely go back to him for all my dental needs.

Dr. Shawn Morgan and his staff of kind and caring professionals gave me my smile back! They even hooked me up with a new insurance agent (Thank you Ed) so that all of my dental work was covered under Medicare and Medicaid. I had moved to New Mexico very sick, and with teeth that had decayed so badly, that I thought I would be hideous for the rest of my life. But Dr. Shawn, with his soft spoken way, assured me that wasn't the case. He gave me my confidence and beauty back. I owe Comfort Dental and Dr. Shawn Morgan everything!

Every time we have an appointment, my daughter runs to Comfort Dental with joy. Dr Sean and the girls are absolutely amazing! And they always give the kid a goody bag with toothpaste, toothbrush, and floss, and even allow to choose a toy! Highly recommend.

The staff is so nice and Dr. Jeremy always makes you as comfortable as you can be. He is very gentle and if you are hurting during your procedure he always asks if he needs to numb you more so u r comfortable. Amazing place to get your teeth taken care of.

When I first went in I honestly didn't like or want to be there but the staff made me feel very at ease. Although everyone seemed very busy, they still managed to see me pretty quick. My doctor was very informative and was happy to answer all of my questions. They got me back in to take care of my fillings the next day. I'm glad I went there and I recommend anyone go if they need help like I did.

I chipped my tooth badly while eating raisin bran crunch lol... I scheduled an appt for an extraction. To my surprise they explained that i qualified for partials (i didnt even know my insurance covered partials) they could have easily pulled my tooth and let me be on my way.. They went above and beyond. Usually going to the dentist can be nerve racking; however, the staff at comfort dental made my experience a pleasurable one. The staff was extremely courteous, professional and down to earth!!! Dr. Jean is amazing!!! My extraction was painless and quick!!! This location not only cares about your smile, they also care about the people they interact with!! Definitely recommend this location!!!
