I was having a really hard time finding a dentist that I could trust, considering my awful experience at River Point Dental. Luckily with lots of searching I came across Cottonwood Dentistry and I am so glad I did. The entire staff is super friendly and Dr. Jarrell is amazing. During my cavity fillings my experience was great. No pain and talked me through it to make sure I was doing okay. I didn’t even feel my filling the next day and was able to eat normally. A neighbor gave me the name of Dr. Sapp @ Cottonwood when I needed to see a dentist about problems with some of my teeth. I was anxious, worried. I called the office and even though I was from out of town with no insurance, he got me in with Dr. Sapp within a couple hours. Everyone in office was friendly and helpful. Once x-rays were done Dr. Sapp reviewed them, looked at my teeth, and assured me that my teeth would weather this storm. He suggested several options and eased my fears. By the time I left the office, I was relieved, I had a sound plan for my oral care and the staff felt like family.

They are AMAZING. I am constantly referring people to them. 4 kids out of our family have been treated by them and they have always been so great to all of us! The best staff and their office is always so clean! I would rather drive the hour that it takes me to get there then to the dentist that is literally 1 minute away from my house! I started going to Cottonwood Park Dental last October. I was way overdue for my routine check up because I had just recently relocated to ABQ and didn't know where to go. I really dislike going to the dentist and will not go unless I absolutely need to. My 1st impression was that the staffs were so nice and friendly! I had a conversation about coffee and Dutch Bros with one of the ladies and she remembered. Since that initial appointment in October I have been back a couple times for a crown, a retainer and routine check ups but I always feel like I come back to my family. Ify is awesome! She is the best RDH I ever had, so thoroughly and skillfully. The reason why I’m hesitant to go to the dentist is because cleaning usually hurts but she never hurts me and my teeth are always so clean. Randy and Francisco are alway so welcoming. Dr Sapp is wonderful as well, always spend his time explaining when I have questions, he’s well worth the wait.

I really like this dentist office, but Dr. Sapp needs to change his attitude. I understand his a business owner and a doctor, but there is a way to talk to your customers in a nice way without an attitude. Overall they did a great job with my cleanings and my sons cleanings.
