I just went in today for my first appointment and it was THE Best experience I have ever had at yhe dentist in my entire life. From the front Desk to the Techs/Dental Assistants(IFE amd the girls on x-rays), I felt so comfortable and calm. They are the first dental office I have been to in Albuquerque who showed. True care for my dental concerns and did everything they could to work with me which is way more than I expected. I have found my dentist office for sure abd Dr. David was so kind and gentle. I'm glad I came here! I won't go anywhere else. Best Care, Best Service, Best Value= Quality!

I’ve been a patient here for years before I started seeing Dr. Sapp. He his absolutely amazing and I love my Doc!!! Before getting my braces, I had all sorts of extraordinary expectations. Dr. Sapp was upfront but optimistic about my results. He was honest about my choices and what I could expect. Cut to a couple years later, I Love My Smile!!! It’s not perfect but it’s me. Dr. Sapp and his staff are amazing!!! From reception to “See you next time”, every point of contact has been pleasant, on time and with a warmth from the staff that makes me feel at ease. Iffy is unbelievably informative and such a delight to converse with. Cisco has always been a welcomed, smiling face before and after my appointment. I’m so appreciative of the care I get. Cottonwood mall dental is a great clinic. The staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. The clinic itself is very clean and comfortable to be in. Iffy the dental hygienist there is one of the nicest people and does a tremendous job. Alexis, the dental assistant is so great and very friendly as well. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My family has went here for years. For convenience of location and for Insurance purposes. A couple of my kids have got braces done with them, we've all had routine cleanings.
Front desk staff is one of the rudest. Other staff is hit or miss. Some days they can be nice and others they can be totally rude. There is not always communication and understanding between the staff.
But what infuriates me the most is that they have treated my son for braces for 'YEARS''. He has not cooperated with wearing rubber bands, now he's no longer eligible for insurance under my plan. I asked to have them removed and a retainer put in and they are refusing a retainer! Seriously?! I'm paying for this and you're refusing? This seems ridiculous! I wouldn't recommend this as I've paid for years of service and now they want to undo all the years of revenue by allowing his teeth to shift back...

What a wonderful group and dentist. Dr Sapp is awesome and love my hygienist Ifey . Front office staff is also fantastic! Dr Sapp’s assistant is very caring and settles down this sometime anxious patient. This dentistry is awesome. Highly recommend!
