Dr Sapp needs to learn bedside manners! He was so rude! I will never go back to that office again. I told him about my fears about the dentist, he had the nerve to tell me to get over it! Jerk!!!

The lady that cleaned my teeth also made my gums bleed to the point when she suctioned it looked like she was doing surgery. I was gripping the seat and near tears the entire time. I thought she was going to pull my teeth out from the root, she was pulling so hard. I couldn't eat hardly for the next few days due to the soarness and my teeth literally blead for the next week. She was also huffing and puffing the entire time and saying it was my fault for not flossing enough! I've gotten my teeth cleaned every 6 months since I was a child and have never had such a cruel experience. The only reason why I rescheduled is because I need to go on Saturdays due to my work schedule and also was scheduled with someone else as she will no longer be working Saturdays. If the next person cleans teeth in this manner I will be changing dentist offices..happily...

I'very been going to this dental office for years. I tolerated a root canal done wrong that they refused to fix and wanted to re-bill my insurance, a filing that popped out after a cleaning. The messed up root canal is turning my tooth brown now! But today was the last straw! I called to get a quote for a crown and was treated so rude by Cindy at the front desk. When I asked questions about cost she rattled off a number, acting like I was an inconvenience to her. She never bothered to ask if I had insurance, or if I had been seen there before or even what my name wasp. I had to dig for information and in the end all she said was my insurance would probably pay for 50% and could take 3 weeks to get the crown back. Wow! Way to rack in business and make clients feel welcomed and confident when dental offices are a dime a dozen! The worst part was she never even asked if I'd like to schedule an appointment to have a crown fitted or anything. Guess I'll be spending my money elsewhere! I should report them to the BBB and have them pay back Medicade for the crappy work they did on my root canal. Some people are just not cut out for customer service jobs, no matter how efficient they may be in an office job! #sorrynotsorry

Would say worst possible service ever. Had a abscessed tooth on Saturday. Called was told they did not have a doctor on staff when it is listed as an emergency dental provider. Went to urgent care was placed on antibiotics. Called on Monday morning at 8:30 to make an appointment. was told they would need to call me back. I waited all day and never received a call. No excuse for treating people so poorly. Unbelievably poor customer service
