Dr. Sapp is an amazing dentist. I started seeing him about a year ago and couldn't be happier.
On my last visit I brought my 6 year old granddaughter Hannah, who was very afraid of the dentist after having a terrible experience at a DIFFERENT office.
Dr. Sapp and his staff made Hannah feel wonderful, she sat on my lap and watched them work on me.
They even gave her a mask to wear, so she could feel part of his team.
I highly recommended this skilled wonderful staff.

I have been going to Cottonwood Park Dentistry for years since it was Cottonwood Mall Dental. Dr. Sapp gives treatment options and encourages me to participate in decisions. Iffy is a great hygenist and particularly thorough. Highly recommend.

I would recommend you not waste your money at this dental practice and choose another place to do business with. I had initially chose this place due to a referral from a friend. I needed braces and they were willing to work out a monthly payment plan, which I thought was great at the time. I had my braces on for a year and a half and I was happy with the results once they were removed. I did everything the doc asked post removal and wore my retainer religiously. Only a few months later I started to notice my teeth reverting back. I set up an appt with Dr Sapp and immediately brought it to his attention. The way he addressed the situation was extremely less than professional. We must have gone back and forth for at least 30 minutes about how he felt like I was wrong and he’s the professional so he knows best. I even told him that he could take another picture of my teeth and compare with the picture they took right after they removed my braces and he stated “it wouldn’t matter since the lighting and angles aren’t going to be exactly the same”. You would think that there would be some standard practice for taking pictures to help with situations like this. He ended up taking the picture (gave me a copy, which I placed in my purse) and still didn’t own up to correcting the issue. He even asked me “is it really that big of a deal?” I was completely shocked....well yeah. I paid thousands of dollars for my teeth to be straight and unless you’re going to reimburse me all of that money, then it DOES matter. I’ll also mention that he didn’t remember where he placed *his* copy of the picture and decided to help himself inside my purse and take my copy. After all of that, I had suggested putting the braces back on until they were straightened out and then once we take them off, putting something in place to ensure they don’t shift again and he said that I could pay again to put them back on if I wanted, but that wasn’t going to be included in what I was already paying. I will NEVER go back to this practice!!! I’ll also add that about 99% of the time when I had an appt. I was not seen on time and waited anywhere from 15-45 minutes. The golden rule of having an appt is you don’t have to wait. Save yourself the money, time and energy and go to a place that actually cares about their clients and their satisfaction.

My daughter got her braces here, and Dr.Sapp and his staff have been nothing but helpful and very accommodating! Never a problem with getting appointments, even getting a same day appointment when a bracket would pop off.

First time I went and had xrays n teeth looked at, the person assisting pushed down on my gums so much, they were swollen n irritated for a week. I couldnt touch my gums with a toothbrush. Everyone else was so very sweet n kind. David was extremely kind n caring.
