I absolutely love the staff! They are professionals and treat you with respect and make the atmosphere welcoming!! They also make my visits memorable and leave a smile on my face when i walk out of the office!! Dr.Holsey and Dr.Sapp also their assistant is amazing Stephanie is awesome she always makes me feel at ease and comfortable they are very knowledgeable they all made my dream come true by giving me a smile I've always wanted and they have exceeded my expectations and I owe it to them for giving me confidence! I recommend this dentist office to everyone I talk to who is in search of dental work! I love this place!!

I've been coming to Dr. Sapp for several years now. His staff is so awesome, happy, friendly people. My experience at the cottonwood dentistry is always Great, wouldn't go anywhere else, 5 stars for sure 🤗

Dr. Sapp and the wonderful staff at CPD have been taking care of me and my smile for well over 15 years. Never once have I been put through any unnecessary treatments or procedures and have always been taken care of with the idea that they are treating a member of their family. If you are intimidated by dentists come see Dr. Sapp he will put your mind at ease.

I have recently relocated to Albuquerque from CT and needed a new dental provider. After reviewing several dental offices who were both health plan providers and conveniently located, I choose Cottonwood Park Dentistry.

My initial appointment was for a prophy and exam. The entire staff was friendly and professional and made me feel very comfortable. This is a very challenging time for a dental office due to the pandemic, but the COVID-19 protocols they instituted for patients and staff were followed precisely.

Dr. Sapp is very engaging and provided easy to understand explanations of his exam findings. A follow-up visit was required for a restoration, and I left the office knowing that my oral health would now be in good hands.

I want to thank Dr. Sapp, Jennifer, Ife, Myra and Brandy and Cisco in reception for a really positive experience. I look forward to being their patient and I would recommend this dental practice without reservation.

My wife and I made our first visit to Cottonwood Park Dentistry recently and had a great experience with Dr Sapp! All the staff were very friendly and professional. We usually dread going to the dentist but we look forward to coming back and keeping our teeth healthy!

Always have had a phobia of going to the dentist since childhood. I feel at ease and comfortable here. Friendly, professional and sanitary environment. No shaming by staff if there's a dental issue. Highly recommend!

Dr. Sapp used to be so nice, I am not sure why or when he changed. I was very stressed out over a broken tooth. I felt I was treated badly, starting with waiting 45 minutes for Dr. Sapp to come in. More than one patient was scheduled for the same time. I have problems with my spine following a car accident and had to move to a hard backed chair to wait. When I complained about the wait, I was ignored. Instead Dr. Sapp was cracking bad jokes! What happened to bedside manner? When did this disrespectful attitude start? Then I was hit with an unaffordable estimate for dental work after that and little explanation and no tooth care instructions after being sent home with a prescription for antibiotics. This could not be called in because it would take too much time (?). So I spent more time sitting and waiting at the pharmacy. Cisco apparently (?) did not hear me when I had requested a quote with BenefitSource rates. By the time I got this, he had already charged me regular rates. I got BenefitSource and left a message for someone from Dr. Sapp’s Office to call me about applying for the credit card to pay my anticipated bills. No one called. When I reached out, I got some song and dance from the receptionist about how she did not have time to listen to the messages. She also said Cisco had belatedly applied the BenefitSource rate, but as a credit for future work. I had anticipated an adjustment (and refund), not a credit for future work. Also now he had decided to charge me tax. The tax wiped out nearly half the savings from BenefitSource. I thought that was just plain mean and that was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Funny how all the mistakes in the office benefit the office. So I called another dentist who got me in as an emergency before my next scheduled appointment with Dr. Sapp, which was in two weeks, supposedly (?) the soonest they had. I was shocked at the difference. The dentist was punctual, explained everything to me and was very polite. My stress level went from 100% from Dr. Sapp to zero. He seemed very efficient and skilled - was not running back and forth from me to other patients, for one thing. He also said he would do his best to save me money and he put in a temporary filling to protect the tooth and so I could eat more comfortably. I was very impressed. I cancelled my appointment with Dr. Sapp, whom I another longer trust after years of going there. The only reason I give two stars is due to past dental work I got here. Not sure if I went in on a bad day(s) or what, but as long as I find another competent dentist, I will not be returning.

The staff at Cottonwood have always been professional and courteous. My husband used Dr Sapp for many years and when my periodontist retired I switched to this practice also. I don't need much dental work so I only see Dr Dapp about once a year but I see Iffy, the hygienist, at least four times a year. She is a true professional and Cisco and the rest of the front desk have always been great to work with.

The staff is amazing, and their work is just as amazing. Always punctual, and willing to work with you. Dr. Sapp is very talented dentist. I always leave knowing my teeth are clean and in good hands!

I have been coming here for 5+ years and have been very satisfied with the service. Ifey is very thorough and personable. Always greets you with a smile. My teeth feel great every time I leave! Wait times can sometimes be an issue to see the dentist if you are in a rush but not too bad.
