It's a great an professional experience, although sometimes I wonder if the receptionists need to learn the most minimum skills in customer service. Patients also need to know that this dentist's clinic hosts up to 3 or more professionals at a time, and some other patient maybe call before you although you arrived way before they did.

The worst service. 7 appointments and they still have not fixed the her cavity. She needs the laughing gas so we have scheduled her appointments on the days they guaranteed me the laughing gas would be there, the last time we sat in the waiting room for 45 min for them to tell us she wouldn't be seen yet again.

Called to see if they accepted walk-ins as my boyfriend had an emergency (tooth broke, had an exposed nerve and was in severe pain). Woman over the phone said no walk-ins but they had an apt available that day at 2pm. We arrive and the receptionist tells me they don't take appointments after 1:30 but they accept walk-ins all day, so we should have come early and he would have been seen. I told her the woman I spoke with over the phone said they didn't accept walk-ins and scheduled an apt for 2pm. Receptionist told me it's a common mistake, the ladies at the call center seem to mess up like that all the time. Dentist took a quick look, said to come back Monday because they were closing. So now my boyfriend is left with severe pain until Monday. Ridiculous.

I've been here several times to see Dr Parker. He knows exactly what he is doing and if very nice. I would definitely recommend this dentist office. The ladies at the front desk are very kind and helpful, the dental hygienists have never hurt me when cleaning my teeth or dealing with any problems and the Dr is very kind.

My recent visit was kind of awkward. They kind of dismissed my concerns about my teeth and gave me a quick cleanse before seeing me out. My mouth still bothers me but they told me it was pretty much nothing to worry about... I don't think so.

The dentist was very good. After having four fillings removed and redone again, I have no problems with pain, chewing, or flossing! Finally I found a good dentist !
