I have been going to this facility for the past five years. I have never had a bad experience! The individuals that work here are very patient and kind. I love that they are helpful. When I do go to their office they schedule me for another appointment. So that way I don’t have to call up there and it just makes the process more convenient for me.

I was not very happy with my experience at familia dental. I was scheduled for 2 pm, did not get seen until 2:40 and I did not leave until around 5pm. I was once again one of the last people to leave. My last visit was for cavities and the time before that was for a teeth cleaning and I was also one of the last people to leave around 5:30 pm when my appoint. was originally at 3pm.
But the wait wasn’t the biggest problem. I went to get my cavities filled. I had explained to the Dr before that I thought I had some cavities on the bottom and maybe some on top and when she checked she said only on the top and I even asked her a couple more times are you sure these are not cavities on the bottom and she continued to say they were just stained. That was at my check-up/teeth cleaning. When I went back a couple weeks later to get those cavities filled i was for sure I had some on the bottom but I was going to wait to see if maybe she had noticed them or to see if the pain diminished when she filled the top cavities. Couple days pass and my bottom tooth is aching. More and more. The appearance of a cavity is starting to show more. I am just upset that she continued to say they were not cavities because I had to reschedule another appointment and I am 7 months pregnant. It is an uncomfortable position to be in and having to wait that long again is something I am not looking forward to. When it could have all been taken care of at once originally. I scheduled to see a different Dr. at familia dental and hoping he sees what she did not

Took my son for a CLEANING yesterday and he sat in the chair for almost two hours…while staff was laughing and chitchatting in hallway doing nothing. It was so rude and a waste of our time. Then an appt last fall (for myself) for a filling she gashed my lip and did horrible job with filling…it fell out two months later. However, I am giving them two stars because the orthodontist is amazing!

Took my son in for his ortho appt & once again we were seen in a timely manner and the entire staff was absolutely amazing!! The front office staff is ALWAYS so friendly and helpful and everyone we’ve dealt with in the back has been amazing.

I got my wisdom teeth removed and the dental assistant aswell as the lady taking my teeth out were very patient with me aswell as very sweet and nice, they made me feel comfortable and made me feel welcomed, a completely great experience.
