Drilled too deep on a cavity hit the nerve now we have to go to an orthodontist. Waited 2 hrs to been seen with an appointment. After first appointment got scheduled 3 months out for cavity filling appointment.

So I took my dear mother today and I sat there for quite awhile and in all honesty I was getting very upset, however(!) The front desk and management where very nice and hospitable, service at the end of the day made me and myother very happy. La familia gets five 🤩 GOOD JOB!

Not only was the staff friendly at the front deskb amazing ladies, bit the whole staff all the way around were beyknd friendly & helpful. With my kids, 18 nths & 4 yrs old, to myself & even my mother. Gave plently of options for my mother's dental work & to take good care of my teeth for my cleaning. The doctor was not patient, im guessing she was burned out bc it was towards the end of day. After i complained about my area of concern, they couldnt figure out what was wrong. They referred me to others which is exactly what ill do.
