Took my son here to get his baby tooth pulled out. The dentist pulled that tooth then grabbed the tooth next to it and started to pull it out. I made him stop and he told me "we talked about this" ... I never heard him say he was going to pull it, all I heard from him about that tooth was when he was showing me his xray of that tooth and he stated my son's adult tooth was about to come in. I told him I did not hear him say he was going to pull it and he said it again "we talked about this don't you remember?" No i dont! Since he already caused it to start bleeding I told him to pull it. I will never go back there or recommend this place to anyone.

Had an appointment for my granddaughter for 1:00, waited over 30 minutes then when she got back to room had to wait over 10 minutes for them to even start on her. What is the use of having an appointment? Her appointment was made 6 months ago!
