Seems to be a lack of communication between Corporate Office(the only ones who can make the appointments) and thier local clinics. I was told to make a followup appointment in a few days or the next week by the dentisit to have some work done. I called to set up the appointment and they refused to make the appointment. They couldn't even call their own dentist to confirm he told me to come back. They just refused to make me the appointment. They wanted me to go back to the clinic and have them make notes so they could see it in the system and make the appointment. I'm 45 mins away from the clinic. What kind of Fookery is that. They don't like making money. I had to make an appointment elsewhere.

Bad experience at that place wisdom tooth removed and they hit a nerve so now I have half of my face numb still it’s been 2 weeks and no change been in pain since then. Also had to go to the ER because of the terrible pain. Totally unprofessional.

Them got in my quickly. Took care of me I'm not good with denist and they were very trustworthy. Ladies in front funny and kind. Payment was easy. I dont have any negative comments about the whole situation.

I got to sit in a waiting room, for almost an hour... Got into a room, that probably hasn't been cleaned since the place opened... watched staff use their bare hands on open equipment, that is supposed to go in my mouth... Also noticed, that the color markings on the sterilization packages, we're not the color that represents them being ran through a sterilization machine... makes me not want them to even get money, from my insurance company, let alone my own....

The staff was all super friendly from from counter to the back office . I had a good experience. I also really like that in the waiting area they have a closed in jungle gym for the kids to occupy them.

I was very pleased with my visit in the hobbs office. MY kids are 2 and 5 were treated very well and felt very comfortable with the staff. The playroom was very clean. we will defenitely be returning.
