Made my appointment on Friday went in today Monday and they told me they cancelled my appointment because I did not call to verify my appointment. Also I made the appointment for a cleaning but they said the first appointment is an exam wast of time. Go some place else

Receptionist was phenomenal! She went above and beyond to help me . The dentist was horrible, arrogant and just generally uncaring. I will never go back !

Shop around...... this place is very expensive to the uninsured....... they may be very nice, but they don’t care about you from a financial perspective..... and if you share with them that their costs are high, they become very defensive!! ... not saying they don’t do a good job, just that despite their friendly demeanor, they are in it for your money, not you....

New equipment if you haven't. been there is a few years like I was.Amazing people and very professional. Expected pain....none. Stopped. bleeding day one...had Tumeric before...did it help? Maybe.

I must say that I was so very pleased with my visit to Aspen Dental this week...I had been very concerned wondering if they could help me with a repair since I was not a patient of theirs....everyone was so kind and helpful and I ended up leaving with the repair done....they made a stressful day so pleasant.....very knowledgeable and caring people..I will surely pass the word!!!!!!!!!!! The staff is very unprofessional and rude, my appointment got canceled the day before my appointment and was told I could be happy with rescheduling for 2 weeks away after waiting 3 weeks for this one or I could take my medical records somewhere else I ask to speak to the dr they said she couldn't come to phone and never called me back so I picked up my medical records and will go somewhere else and so will my husband and mother so unhappy with this place will never recomend this place

I was treated with the best care I was comfortable I don't like the dentist and they eased my mind the staff were totally professional and very helpful I really was surprised they called me the next day to check on me it made me feel like they really care about there patients thank you aspen dentel what a great staff
