I went to a previous dentist and waited 3 months for a consultation and another 3 months for surgery. I went to Aspen Dental and everything was done within a week!!! I would recommend it to anyone, and everyone was friendly and very helpful.

It was quick effective visit. I wasn't pressed to purchase services I didn't need or want. Staff was very friendly. I would have preferred to have my cleaning done as part of the same visit but was able to schedule it soon after my initial visit.

If I could give zero stars I would! The receptionist is nothing but rude and has an attitude. I came to the office to get a copy of my dental records. I was presented with a form to fill out and as part of it one of the questions is the information you are requesting, x-rays, charts, both, or other. I filled out the spot that said both AND also wrote everything in the other spot and she came back with just two x-ray pictures. When I asked for the rest of what was in my file I was told they don't give that out that a doctor doesn't want to see that. I was able to get a one sided copy of a "treatment plan" from 2017, but no real medical records about treatment received. I had to walk out of the office to avoid a confrontation because the lady was dead set on not giving me any more of my own medical records, and kept talking to me with attitude and very rudely! Terrible office staff here, really just the one lady!

Didn't even end up going to this place, and all I can say is GREEDY. If someone is in sever pain and is needs emergency assistance, it is your responsibility as a people holding medical degrees to help them no matter what their financial situation is. If someone tells you they haven't slept or eaten for days it is your responsibility as a "doctor" to help that person. You people are pathetic and need to learn to care for people, not their money. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed in you people.

What a relief!! Had an abscess, lot of pain. Aspen Dental got me right in. Very professional group. Best experience ever at the dentist. Highly recommend.

When my husband and I entered the office, we wete met with loud laughing from staff behind the desk, after the receptionist took a call from a patient who needed to cancel his app’t due to illness , the girls laughed about his “excuse” for canceling . This seemed unprofessional. When another patient called to cancel , the staff discussed her outstanding balance among themselves and to the patient without any effort of lowering their voices for privacy sake. I did not feel they would keep my mecicsl information private so therefore will not return to the practive on quaker road in Queensbury.

Nice staff. Couldn't help me with flipper tooth repair or replacement. Wanted me to get implants or bridge for thousands of dollars. Went to Dr Dunham in Wilton who fixed it in 30 minutes for 75 dollars. That's my new dentist. Ps never been to Dunhams office before.
