I broke a tooth the other night. Called first thing in the morning and they actually had me come right in. Being a front tooth I was very upset that my smile was ruined. They saw how upset I was and wouldn’t let me finish the day without a fix. These guys went above and beyond my expectations and saved my smile with a flipper to hold me over until I can get an implant. They helped me with financing my dental plan and not once did I feel shamed or uncomfortable. I will never go anywhere else!

My experience with Aspen Dental has always been good. They are very professional yet very friendly and considerate. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Had an appointment confirmed through Aspen's website for 8:15 on 4/2/21. Received a call from this office shortly before the scheduled appointment saying it would NOT be honored despite that it was a medical emergency. UNETHICAL AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL FOR A MEDICAL PRACTICE.

Th staff at Aspen Dental of Queensbury-Glenns Falls NY were absolutely amazing and inspiring. I was enroute to a wedding in Vermont when my 85 year old mother started complaining of tooth pain level of ten that had started the evening prior. We were headed to Queensbury to visit an old friend of hers for lunch but she was in too much pain to think about enjoying anything and I knew she wouldnt be able to enjoy the wedding if she did not get attention soon. She is wheelchair bound and fragile so I googled the nearest office location in Queensbury and was thrilled to know I could contact them. The front desk receptionist, Amy was totally awesome. We were about an hour away and even though they were booked for the day she squeezed in an appointment for my mom. Our appointment was scheduled for 1:30. We arrived at 1:15 and they promptly took us back to assess her situation at 1:25. Sonya did the X-Rays quickly and efficiently and Vicki was reporting to the dentist her situation within 15 minutes. Her one tooth had decayed and was in need of extraction. The dentist whose name I cannot remember was exceptional. He extracted the tooth, gave her some gauze to stop the bleeding and then proceeded to take her partial back to Jimmy in the lab to add a tooth to it to replace the one she had out. I still can’t believe how efficient and seamless was the entire procedure. While they were making the partial addition, we went to see my mom’s 91 year old friend for lunch. Needless to say I was extremely thankful they had this time together as they may never have the chance again. The office asked us to come back just before closing at 3:30 to have the partial inserted for fit. They said someone would stay late!! to make sure we had it and could continue on to Vermont so my mom could see her last grandaughter be married. The entire visit was like a dream. My mother and I felt we were the only ones in the office as the attention we received was so exceptional. She was treated with respect and caring by everyone who interacted with her and we are eternally grateful for such a wonderful experience. My mom did see her grandaughter marry the next day and she was smiling with absolutely zero pain. God Bless the people in this office for being caring, courteous, respectful and compassionate and making us feel like we would be cared for in only the very best way!!!!!

Had a terrible experience made marginally better by an extremely kind hygienist. I was referred to this office by my dental insurance, and confirmed this before my appointment. Arrived 20 minutes early, with my new patient paperwork already filled out. The waiting room was loud; with a TV playing, the radio on high, and the receptionist yelling into her phone over both on an apparent personal call. 20 minutes after my appointment time, I'm taken back by the (actually very nice) hygienist and she starts with the x-rays. Before we get past the first set, the receptionist comes in and (rudely) informs me the visit isn't covered under my insurance. She says "no one takes that kind" anymore; uses some insurance jargon that I have to ask her about multiple times before she will explain it. Finally she tells me that the office stopped accepting my insurance plan two years ago but never informed my insurance company, so they are still sending people there.

Dr. STRASSNER is no dentist and is quite an ignorant rude woman. She has no idea what I'd been through and refused to see me not even knowing that it was recommended for me to go there. I am contacting the BBB and I will be spreading the word about her NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL manner as she spoke loudly about me behind a wall and when I asked to speak with her to explain my situation, she turned her back and kept walking into other rooms. The women dentist in that office need to learn manners and respect for people.
The receptionist and assistant were very pleasant and polite.

last tuesday while helping a friend move, i started feeling pain in one of molars. i ignored it and powered through. but ended up laying on her living room floor defeated by the pain.
.
each following night was sleepless and filled with what is undeniable the worst pain i have ever felt in my life. my face became so swollen that i could barely speak and could not eat, so two friends rushed me to the local emergency room saturday night after my shift at work. at the ER (after a 4 agonizing hours in the waiting room) i was told i had a horrible infection in my salivary glands, which could’ve traveled and been much worse if not treated.
.
they gave me IVs because i was extremely dehydrated and prescribed the proper medication to help me. (this took another 2 hours)
.
while the antibiotics helped to heal the infection i had developed in my glands, i still ended up with an abscess in my mouth, which burst and caused even more pain!
.
the next morning I made a call to aspen dental... they were so kind and understanding of my situation, and agreed to see me right away! they put me under anesthesia and were able to drain the abscess and remove the tooth all that very same day. i was prescribed more medication to help me through the next few days while i heal.
they were extremely upfront about the costs and did not proceed with anything until i was ready! they even helped me get home safely!
i will absolutely be returning for more work in the near future. what a truly excellent team!

How many people do you know who can say that they "actually enjoy" going to the dentist ? Well I'm one of them, and the first word that comes to mind regarding my Dr./patient relationship with Dr. Strassner, is "trust".
I am totally at ease and "comfortable" with her and her entire staff, and always feel confident that any work that needs to be done, will be done to the most professional standards that exist.
And another thing worth mentioning...they listen, or better stated...they "hear".
Any questions or concerns I may have are always addressed, and explained to me in such a way that I know and understand what may be involved in any particular procedure.
I would recommend this "group" to anyone...and THEY DO...bring out my smile, every time I visit. Thanks Doc !

Your corporate office staff is iffy (tried to get first time forms online Friday and Saturday but the "system" would not allow me in; called the following Monday [the appointment day] and found out my last name had be put into the "system" mis-spelt) but your Queensbury N.Y. staff is the best.
My denture was repaired (a front "tooth" broke off the denture) by your tech in a VERY short time and is an excellent repair.
I recommend this lab to anyone that needs help with any dental issues.

I do not have dental insurance and saw the Aspen Dental ad on TV. I called, set up an appointment, and was extremely pleased with the professional and pleasant care I received. The cost was very reasonable and I have already set up a six month follow up.
