Aspen Dental

I recently moved up to the Adirondacks from Long Island, New York and now had to go through the process of finding all new doctors and a dentist.
So after reading all of the great reviews for Aspen Dental in Queensbury, New York I decided to give them a try. Everyone on the phone and in person was extremely friendly and nice and let's face it...no one likes going to the dentist, but I had such a wonderful experience there that I will now be going there for all of my future checkups. Everything is state of the art, I received free xrays, a great cleaning and the dentist did an amazing job fixing a filling that was put in so badly by another dentist. I would highly recommend this office for anyone looking to have the same wonderful experience that I did.

I have had only good experiences here. They are so kind and they make sure you are okay with each procedure and it’s costs before jumping into it. I would recommend aspen to anyone.

I had made an emergency appointment and was told they don't participate with my insurance so they would make my initial appt free. I was told things like your in good hands and we'll take care of you, we have lots of payment options and coupons we can use to help you get the work done. So here I am super impressed and excited to visit this dentist office even if it means I will have to pay out of pocket to get work done. Come 15 minutes to my appointment I get a not so friendly call from the office asking me why I have this appointment today and the lady told me I was lied to when I scheduled the appointment 😡 and that it will cost me $300 for my consultation today. She told me they don't use payment options for people whose insurance isn't accepted. So I just ended canceling the whole appointment. I don't like being tossed around. I WILL GO ELSEWHERE.

I had my initial appointment where we did Xrays, talked about options, etc. The entire staff, but especially Stacey, were very friendly and didn't make someone with extremely poor teeth feel more self conscious than normal. They are skilled at putting patients at ease. This is appreciated greatly.
I'm moving forward with the plan we came up with and am looking forward to a nice smile afterwards.

On the plus side, this place gives free x-rays on the first visit, but they make you come back a separate time if you want a cleaning/checkup. Prices seem very reasonable. I had an OK experience with a cleaning, but my technician was very rough, and my entire mouth hurt for days afterwards.

I returned after that for two fillings. The first filling appointment went well, I had a male dentist, could not remember his name, but it went quick and easy. Second appointment not so much. This dentist was clearly new, and for a small cavity it took absolutely forever. The tooth was sensitive for about a month after the filling. Also because of how long it took, my lips got split and my cheek/jaw was bruised from the Novocaine injection. The whole thing was extremely unpleasant (and I am usually one who is fine with dental work). I will be changing dentists. If you don't mind paying a little more for a dentist's office that cares about your comfort, definitely go elsewhere.

Was at this office at 4,to see about putting a tooth back in my plate,that had fallen out for the second time. Couldn' do it as the Lad Tech. was leaving for the day,when their website said they were open till 6. but the girl said,no they were closing at 5. Also asked about an appt. on friday,but was told they would not be open. However their Website said that they would open on Friday. Very disappointed in this place.Paid alot for my denture to be treated this way. Also live an hour away,so another trip on Monday. Went on Monday,after tooth was replaced,was told I needed a X-ray. I said NO. I put enough money into that place! Spent over $ 2,500. on a bottum denture. They said just wait,he'll be in ,in a second.. I said No and picked up my plate & left.

I was very impressed with Aspen Dental in Queensbury. Very professional and friendly service. The staff goes above and beyond for the patients. They explain the procedure that they are doing and make it feel so easy. The office staff is also so pleasant and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

They scheduled my appointment within the week and when I arrived they got me in within 5-10 minutes. Staff was very friendly and the services were comprehensive and professional. Only had a routine check-up but they scheduled a cleaning within a few weeks. no out-of-pocket expenses for me, so far i am very impressed.

I was always curious about trying Aspen Dental especially after experiencing bad service at another dental office. In just two visits they totally took care of the issues that I’ve been dealing with for months. I highly recommend this office. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional!
