I will say the staff was nice the dentist was very sweet and kind. However I am absolutely devastated that they were my last hope for help and they could not help me. I never leave reviews and I had to use my sisters acct to leave one on here. I went in there needing my teeth pulled and needing dentures. Due to insurance issues my teeth have gotten so bad that the last dentist who saw me told me if I did not get them out soon I would be hospitalized or worse. His exact words. I am up all hours of the night like right now In pain, I am chronically tired from the infection in my mouth, my heart even palpates now which is new. I am dizzy, I barely eat and I went in here so excited and hopeful to finally be able to be done with this and walk out a new person and after my appt I was taken to discuss money,,,They tossed me a $5000 bill which I would have to pay for the work and dentures. Mind you this was even going the cheaper route of not using the surgeon for extractions and letting the dentist herself do it. They told us there was the option of payment plan. They took info and immediately came back and said sorry you were not Approved which honestly shocked me since my husband has good credit. Not excellent but good. So without any further help, or suggestions I got up and left. Bawled my eyes out the entire way home knowing that this was truly it. There’s no other resources for me to use. This is the only dental office within 300 miles that takes my new insurance and since I can not afford to dish out the cold hard $5000 cash they cannot help me. I never thought I would be sitting here writing this, in the United States of America in 2020 being terrified of what may happen to me due to mouth infection. I have two abscesses. And it’s only a matter of time. Just look online and you’ll find many many instances of People just like me who died from a infected tooth. I however do not have just one or two or even three,,,,every single one is infected. So I suppose it is what it is. If something God forbid happens to me take this message as a warning to somehow find a way to always have good dental. I never thought my teeth could ruin my life but they have. On top of having zero self esteem left I can barely take the pain and the suffering it’s the worst pain I have ever felt. It’s gone on for so long now and I was so happy to have it be almost over and I’m just absolutely broken over this. I have called every dental office I could find asking for help making a payment contract and no one will help so this was my last hope and unfortunately they were just like the rest. Cash is king and people don’t matter anymore in this world. Money matters. Money talks and money has the power to decide life and death. What a shame. What a absolute shame.

Very dissatisfied. Treated like a profit center and recieved absolutely no care during an emergency visit, that's including insurance. They waste your time doing nothing and usher you out the door without any form of treatment or treatment plan. If 0 stars was a rating, its still too generous

What a caring, friendly and courteous staff. As soon as you enter the office you are greeted by some of the best office personnel ladies I’ve ever met. They go above and beyond to make sure your experience there is nothing less than satisfactory. The doctors were compassionate and caring making sure your comfortable with the treatment. Hands down the best Team of people in this office.

I called in and got an initial appointment scheduled by centralized scheduling and they stated that there would be no charge. I called the local office with a question and was spoken to in rude tone, and was told there would be a $230.00 charge. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was not rude yet was hung up on before I finished speaking.

Just started using this dentist office a year ago and I will tell you since I walked in there everyone has treated me wonderful. The ladies at the front desk/checkout were so helpful and fast getting patients in and out. During my cleaning the hygienist made me feel like I wasnt at the dentist she made it very relaxing and then the dentist was so very friendly and answered every question I had. I later had to get fillings and the dentist and assistant worked so well together and they both were so nice and genuinely cared if I was comfortable the whole way through it. EVERYONE that works there has a great personality and I love how everyone wants whats best for me! Would recommend this dentist office to anyone, anytime!!!!

Non transparent billing!! My husband needed two surgical extractions that his regular dentist didn't perform. I called my insurance and found three places within 2 miles that took our insurance. Since our insurance company only covers 50% of surgical procedures I made some calls to get rough estimates. The first two places were able to give me quotes within 5 minutes. Aspen Dental refused to give me a quote without me paying for a consultation. Why would I do that? After 15 minutes of proding. She finally told me that sometimes they are forced to give discounts to insurances because the bill was two high and that's why she couldn't give an estimate?!? She also informed me that just tbe sedation cost over $1000?! That's WAY higher than any other quote I received! Rediculous! Why on earth would anyone go here?!

As always the staff is Amazingly patience as they listen to my issues and concerns so that they can best help me. I have two daughters that go with me and the staff ALWAYS indulges them with kindness and affection even though my daughters are not patient's. The staff is always warm and ready with welcoming smiles and conversation. They prove they care through both words and actions giving the best possible treatment and experience. I would 100% with out a doubt recommend for any one going to the dentist to go to the Aspen Dental on Quaker RD in Queensbury. The ambiance and Heath care are top notch.

Went in for my first visit. The x-rays and exam went well, despite all the attempts to upsell services, but I was disappointed that I had to make a second appointment to get my cleaning. Went in for the cleaning and the hygienist only spent about 15 minutes from start to finish. All of my previous hygienists at other dental offices have spent a minimum of 30 minutes with me. I do not feel that I got a good cleaning nor good value of service. The staff was friendly enough but I will be returning to a traditional dental office.

Leading up to Christmas, I had a very painful tooth that I knew needed to come out. Intense pain, very hard to eat. A new customer, I called Aspen Dental on Christmas Eve and got an 8.15 am appointment for the morning after Christmas. Supposed to be "X-rays and evaluation only," the x-ray tech finished up and said I'll be right back and was back in a couple minutes with the one dentist on duty that day. The dentist looked at it and said, "It's got to come out and I'll have it out in a few minutes." Imagine that! For a new customer in need, on a busy day when they were short-handed, they happily bent over backwards to take care of me and did so in a very impressively professional manner. I'll be keeping Aspen Dental as my permanent "go to" for dental care! Thank you all for such a perfect experience when I really needed one!

I was treated very well. All the xray people were very kind working with me trying to get my xrays done in a timely manner without too much trouble. I have a very small mouth, so it hurts a lot to do xrays. I also have a very dry mouth because of the meds that I take. So, this creates additional problems.
The hygienist explained everything very well.
The doctor was very helpful also.
