I have been going to Aspen for the last 3 years. Although my favorite dentist is out due to having a baby, I still had a positive experience during my last appointment. I must especially add that Sonya has always made my visits pleasureable as she talks to me as if I'm one of her friends and not just another customer, very comforting. The rest of the crew has been wonderful also and it always surprizes me when I get called by name as I wonder by many of the staff members. Thanks Aspen.

Called during the covid pandemic because my wisdom tooth was bad. They got me in the next day for a consult and removal! Took like 3 minutes to remove it! And not expensive at all! Definitely recommend and will go back if need be!

It was a bit of an emergency and although I chose this office more or less off the cuff it looks like I’m sticking around. 2 visits in 2 days and it’s been pretty wonderful. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Staff is friendly, but very disappointed with my new set of dentures. Had them only 4 months and the same front tooth fell out twice. They were under warranty for 6 months so there was no charge for repairing them. Now, 10 months in, another tooth fell out. Eighty dollars this time to have them fixed. Purchased my last set there, had them for 17 years and never had this problem. Pretty sad when you are afraid to eat because your teeth might fall out!

An okay dentist if you don't have rare complications and need follow up. Paid over 3k for teeth being pulled and dentures....then when other problems arose. They wanted to send us to another specialist for 3k.

My husband was a patient first at aspen dental and he was very happy with them and dr strassner so i decided after a few years of skipping the dentist to go in. Everyone there is super friendly and cheerful! There is 0 judgement there like with other dentists my husband and i have had the displeasure of meeting. I had a cleaning and i know it wasnt easy it took about an hour and i actually had fun chatting and laughing with the hygienist! (Who has fun at the dentist right? Lol) I had to have some cavities filled and dr. Strassner is awesome! She is really friendly very personable and she did a great job and very fast! I would absolutely recommend aspen dental for all of your dentistry.

Everyone in the office was great. I had to have X-rays and I had my three year old daughter with me. They watched my daughter while I had them done and took great care of her. Everyone was very nice and professional.

Was on vacation in Canada..tooth became infected and face swollen up. On way back stopes for a few days in Lake George .. woke up on a Friday morning googled nearest dentist aspen dental came up so I called right when they opened explained what was happening and they told me to come on in .. when I got there it was like I been going there for years they knew it was me as soon as I walked in AMy the church in girl was sympathetic greeted me and knew my name I didn’t have to say anything as it was hard to talk with swollen face and helped me fill out information sheet as soon as I Finnished Stacey the x- ray girl took me right in and made sure I was comfortable did a great job with the x-ray considering it was hard to get the x-ray thingy in my mouth with it being swollen while she was doing that Dr. O’Donnell came in to see how I was doing and had Stacey set me up in chair. Let me tell you something Dr. O’Donnell is one of the best dentist I’ve come across in a long time so professional new what he was talking about unlike so other dentist can’t say enough good things about him made sure was comfortable explained everything he was doing before and as he was doing it and even followed up with a phone call to see how I was doing what was a first for me from a dentist.. Jackie checked me out and was very very pleasant. This was the first time I ever visited aspen dental and was really surprised at how good they were to whoever is charge of aspen dental should make sure they take good care of Dr. O’Donnell and his crew because they are taking good care of their patients and giving aspen dental a good name Thanks Ash
