I went to the Queensbury location, the staff was great the Dentist was horrible, no compassion at all , I was in so much pain, I hadn’t slept in days and she wasn’t willing help with my pain at all, offered me Ibuprofen which I had been taken for the last few days along with Tylenol and it wasn’t touching the pain at all. I left aspen and went to a different dentist and the put me on antibiotics for infection in my tooth which Aspen never even addressed, they just wanted to sell me her most expensive tooth brush ($150.00) and send me home and that type of pain. to me this is unacceptable……. STAY AWAY FROM QUEENSBURY LOCATION

My second post. Update from previous. I still not have had resolution to my dentures. Now as I approach one year without teeth. I was contacted by the office manager and explained my situation. I was assured I would be contacted after this was discussed with the dentist.
Now I also will make another installment on dentures I cannot wear. At this point a refund will be all I seek. I was hoping to get a solution. But several weeks after the initial complaint and no word ? I will pass on anything else at this....

Still waiting for an actual human response. 800 number not an option as it only leads to an unacceptable wait time. The office has my cell number and I am still paying for something I cant wear. Every month my money is gladly taken.

This was the most bizarre dental experience. I decided to switch my family's dentist because of the extended Covid shutdown. Wveryone at work went through other Aspen offices and this one was close to my house. However, I am a firm believer of first impressions. The dental assistant was nice but struggled with using the equipment to take x rays. Then I went to have my teeth checked prior to a cleaning. The assistant asked if I floss everyday and I said "Yes, I floss every day" then she said "Well, you need to floss every day". Weirdest exchange I ever had. But for the next appointment they wanted to precharge me but they didn't do that for my wife's or child's appointment. I finally go in for my cleaning and not a good morning or a hello. All you get it "You need to pay *** before you can be seen." Overall, Aspen Dental didn't feel like a normal dentist office experience. It felt like a cheap retail store who only wants money for subpar service.

I am very pleased with Aspen Dental. They are very professional and friendly. They were half the cost, with more work being done. They offered financing , and were able to tell me what my insurance would cover. I would recommend them highly.

My experience at Aspen Dental was very good. The women in the front office were very friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. I had three cavities and two wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Fuertes. He did an excellent job, as did the dental assistant Sheena. Before my visit the office manager, Sherry, took the time to go over my insurance coverage with me in great detail so I understood all costs that I would be responsible for and all costs that were covered under my insurance plan. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to any of my family and friends!!!

When it was time for me to get some work done I thought I would give the place a try. I am so glad I did! Right from the start they made me feel welcome. The whole staff was wonderful. I was very happy when I met the dentist. She is this little bit with a wonderful attitude. I highly recommend Nicole Quintana! Her assistant Allie Straight is also amazing! She remembers you and makes you feel like a friend who's come to visit. The end result of the work done is so much better than I expected. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Queensbury, NY!! Thank you Nicole!!

The hygienist was friendly, thorough and professional..did a great cleaning my teeth.
Had to wait for the dental exam awhile, but the dentist explained she'd had a tough case earlier and it all worked out fine...everyone there was helpful. I felt like I had been treated quite well and my teeth feel happy!

I was very pleased and grateful that I could get an appointment so quickly. I was in a lot of pain and my face was swollen. Everyone was patient and gentle . I did feel the cost was expensive, but since I have not been to a dentist for awhile I don't know how they compare to other dentist. I was able to work out a payment plan for work that I need done . I would recommend them to others

I came here in 2017 for a regular visit for the first time. I had teeth problems I needed to get fixed that I knew was going to cost $$$$ so I wanted to ask questions about it beforehand and get an estimate.
The dentist acted annoyed that I was asking questions, and then seemed like he didn't believe what I was saying. He asked if I was sick a lot as a child and if I had well water growing up (for reasons why my teeth were bad) and when I said no, he scoffed as if I was lying. I was made to feel really uncomfortable and like I was taking up his valuable time.
So I went to Weider & Cloke who were fantastic and spent about $4,000 with them that Aspen could have had if they didn't treat me like I was a lying inconvenience.
I'd had a follow up (regular) visit scheduled with Aspen and I called to cancel, planning not to go back, and they never asked why or called me again to reschedule. There should probably be some kind of plan in place to keep current clients, no?
In general even when I walked in the door I got this feeling of a cookie cutter office where people are numbers. I grew up going to the same dentist my whole childhood where everyone knew my name and it had a much more personable feeling. Going to the dentist is personal (and sometimes invasive/scary/embarrassing), and Aspen did not cut it for me. Laura Cloke and the staff at Weider & Cloke have been wonderful and I have been going to them now for almost three years.

Receptionists and hygienists were warm, welcoming and made me feel at ease.
I saw Dr. O'Donnell who quickly and painlessly extracted a cracked tooth.
I feel I paid a fair and reasonable price for my visit, and would recommend them.
