I was somewhat of a nuisance patient this week, but toothaches are nasty, fickle things. Everyone that i spoke to was very pleasant and understanding and they were able to move my appointment up a week to make me more comfortable.Leslie, my hygienist was awesome. She was personable and funny and did a great job!I kind of wanted to hang out with her afterward, i guess that's when you know you're working with someone great.Thanks!

My mom was fitted for new upper dentures. They never properly fit nor can we use them. We paid a lot for them. Whole experience very hard on her a senior citizen.

Aspen's computer systems have made such a mess of my family's appointments and the work we needed done. We're told wrong times when given reminder calls, they double booked appointments and wasted time and money, overcharged my husband by almost $200 and haven't returned it yet despite the overcharge being months old, my husband had several delays in extensive dental work because of all this, and our insurance info has been "lost" more than once. I've been told it's being fixed, and I hope so.

I witnessed an incident of poor behavior from some of the staff with another patient, but upon the confrontation of that behavior the staff apologized and attempted to make it right. This office employs good staff but many of the issues I mentioned above with their systems cause mix ups that upset everyone involved. If it weren't for those issues, I would have rated higher.

Starting to the lovely girl at the front all the way to the dentist, everyone was AMAZING. I was terrible for my appointment and they made me feel so comfortable. I cannot thank you all enough!

I confirmed my appointment for my last visit via text. However when I arrived on-time for my appointment I learned that I had lost my appointment because I hadn't been there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Apparently if I had confirmed my appointment over the phone I would have been told that I needed to arrive 15 minutes early. I was obviously not aware that I needed to confirm multiple times for the same appointment. Please don't assume that responding to a text confirmation is actual confirmation of your appointment.
When I was told, at the front desk, that I couldn't have my exam, needless to say I was extremely frustrated. There was a very helpful young woman who offered to at least get my x-rays done that day. Her concern and cheerful attitude helped adjust my attitude, even though I still did not get my full exam.
If not for this last experience I would rate this office with 5 stars.

I can't give the Queensbury location anything but 5 stars! Ever since I started going there 2+ years ago I have had nothing but the best work from Dr. Straussner and her team. When I first went there, I needed a new crown put on an old root canal. The original traveling dentist screwed it up by not fitting it properly. I went to have it put on, I sat in the chair for a long time having the crown ground down until it was almost nothing and it still didn't feel right. My insurance covered the "silver" crown and it was in the back of my mouth. Because the original dentist screwed up, Dr. Straussner fixed my issue with no problem and I walked away with a beautiful porcelain crown. She's a great person and a great dentist. Her support team is just as awesome. I can't say enough about her and her team. I am truly grateful for all that they have done for me. It's a far cry from the past experiences I have had with Dentists. (one is on trial for embezzlement and malpractice....)

I will continue to go to Aspen Dental on Quaker - unless of course Dr. Straussner leaves!

The office staff is friendly and pleasant. I was made aware of cost in advance. I was able to put some down and pay off by the end the procedure (I have a couple steps to get complete the work). Dr. Strassner is great. She explained everything was gentle and skilled

Aspen on quaker rd in Queensbury was amazing. The day I called I was able to get a appointment the next day. When I got there I got right in, unlike Saratoga Aspen they didnt leave me laying in the chair forever waiting for the dentist.. They explained everything to me while they were doing it and the office manager April Reynolds went above and beyond her job for me. I deffinally recommend this Aspen.

Called for an emergency appointment. Representative said they had an ASAP appointment available. Rushed over to the office at the scheduled time and then was told that, in fact, there were no available appointments for another 2 days. Complete waste of my time in an emergency situation.

I see from reading some of the other reviews that my experience is not an isolated incident.

I feel they pretty much robed me...
I know nothing about what I should do I explained that and I haven’t been to a dentist in almost 20 years I asked them to pull my bad teeth witch was 4 and help me so I could eat .. instead of cleaning my teeth and fixing my numerous cavities they gave me a flipper front tooth .. I dint even know I was getting.. they never even helped fit it.. waste of money I cannot use it.. I explained many things they seemed to have no care.. I highly recommend go somewhere else !!!
