The doctor is great very soft with his hands secretaries are good as well. But they run a 1/2 an hour to 45 minutes late after you get in there and do your paperwork. I think if you have a 9:30 appointment they should be ready for you to come right in period

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. The staff were amazing. My first visit was very person centered. I look forward to going back!

I’ll update my review if everything goes alright with my next appointment. I am accustomed to my prior dentist which is family owned and operated, the practice made you feel like a member of their family. However as I now live an hour away I had to find a new dentist so I made an appointment with ASPEN. I walked in for my 7:30am appointment and said “good morning” expecting a friendly reponse as I would have received from my old dentist. I didn’t get that this morning, just a clipboard tossed on the counter for me to sign in. The hygienist tried to convince me to purchase a stupid electric toothbrush which I never bought. This in addition to supposed “gum disease” that I know I do not have and the “deep cleaning” I will need. I get to the office manager who told me I would need to pay $529 out of pocket (weird this has never happened to me before) for the upcoming deep clean, I paid it as I know I am in need of a deep cleaning anyways. However I literallly felt as though I was in a used car lot with sales pitches being thrown at me. It’s probably because they are a chain,I’ll improve the rating if my next session goes well.

I've always gone to Aspen Dental and not always had good experiences but they've got so much better. My hygienist was very thorough and helpful.

My first visit a woman came out of the back raising hell saying how horrible they were. I should have heeded her warning. I had dentures made after we negotiated the price .paid around 3000.00. They said oh you'll have them in about a week . Wrong took more then a month because you cant get appointments. Then they were crooked & the dentist said it was my mouth that was crooked. Thankfully I got my money back . The office manager was very rude. As well as front staff.

I would give a zero if I could. 3 hours I sat there. 3 hours. Not to mention the ridiculous pricing. Not one person cares you have other things to do. Take their sweet time. Dont get me started about the large patient confidentiality issues I seen walking in there.

My wife had appointment set up to have her crown put back in and when we got there, they told us that they dont except our insurance. Even though they said they did accept it when we sat up the appointment in the first place but said it would cost 100 dollars to do everything and i agreed to just pay in cash but they told us to go somewhere else because they dont have a dentist working that day. It made no sense to even schedule us in the first play and takes 2 hours to drive there. So instead of trying to work with us, the 2 rude secretaries that wanted to talk to us like we are stupid and deaf told us the dental office down the road accepts our insurance (which they didnt) just to get rid of us. We weren't disgruntled and definitely werent rude but we should of listened to everyone when we were told to not go there. We've had family go there and they had to go somewhere else to fix their mistakes in the past. But we were under the impression that they accepted our insurance. Please look at other places before choosing this place and you also wont have to expereince the rude secretaries.

Just spent 20 minutes trying to get through to the office on the phone as an existing customer to no avail. When I tried for the 4th time and hit #1 as a new customer, the picked up on the second ring...go figure. I am getting less amused by large corporations, only caring about their quantity numbers and not the quality of service they provide. Also, this place currently does not have a hygienist, so they are not capable of cleaning teeth at this time but are ok with placing you on a long list.

I have ha.d major problems with Aspen Dental. Lately, they never have a dentist or hygienist available. I know that they drive up from Syracuse. They told me they weren't available on several occasions. Then I think that they overcharged me when I had seen them prior to this. To remove all of my top teeth, about half of my bottom teeth, give me a full upper denture and a lower partial, cost me about $10,000. I have switched dentists.
