I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for a boil abscess and they decided to call me on the day of my appointment and told me they were canceling it and that he wouldn’t be in for two weeks I’m sick bc of this tooth and she had the audacity to say it is what it is . Things happen and oh well and started to proceed raising her voice at me ! I do not recommend anyone to go here unprofessional and she talk to me like I was her child ... I was disgusted! I don’t even give them one start but I had
To to write a review horrible humans

Hmph, they took my review down from last year. I went in for a partial, they told me I had to have 2 healthy teeth removed for a better fitting partial. So my husband and I agreed. WRONG! They ripped out the 2 teeth, I started going into shock, they just stood there asking 'Why are you breathing like that?' Anyway. I got my partial, they did NOT fit well at all. I am a military wife in her early 30s, they took away my self-esteem, and over a year later, cannot use that partial. After getting my money back, I got a letter from Aspen Dental saying I was not welcome back to any of their offices nationwide. Which is fine, Never again. Now that we have relocated to Oregon, I have found a dentist who does CUSTOM FIT detures and partials, meaning, They don't slam your denture/partial into your mouth immediately after ripping out your teeth while your mouth is swollen.

Appointments getting cancelled night before!! Waiting last minute to tell you that the $4000 service you were repeatedly recommended for is not suitable for you after all so have to cancel tomorrow mornings appointment! Ridiculous!

Horrible! Avoid Aspen at all cost. I went in a couple weeks ago because a filling they had done about a year ago fell out. The hygienist was sweet, the dental assistant had meningitis tears and gagging during the xrays. I have never experienced painful xrays in my life, but I did there. Then the dr came in, have never seen the same dr in 2 years of going there, he was a complete jerk. Would boss the assistant around and had a massive God complex. After asking several times would finally answer my question as rude as he possibly could. I was told that I needed a root canal on the tooth the filling came out of and 2 crowns and it had to be done together, along with multiple fillings, totalling over $4,000. When I told them I couldn't afford all that they starting pushing me to do credit apps and apply for financing. Well, instead of having them do anything, I got my records and went elsewhere for a second opinion, which I'm so glad I did. Not only is the new dentist at a local office awesome and nicer than I've ever experienced at aspen, but come to find out I never needed a crown or root canals, much less the special cleaning they said I needed that was $600. So the $4,000 they said I needed in work was not true, all I need is a basic cleaning and some fillings. Never trust what they say. They're money hungry and you're nothing but $$ signs to them.

Staff was outstanding with care and compassion from the front desk, to office manager to Dental assistants and the Dentist was great. Saved me money, care was great and follow up appointment was just as good as every other appointment.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would! DO NOT go here! I am a military spouse and I have always had good hygiene with my teeth because I had braces 5 years lol. They told me I had gum disease, and suggested a deep cleaning, which I never had before. Insurance pays some, and I had to pay the rest, fine no big deal. But it just didn’t set right with me knowing how well I take care of my teeth that I had gum disease. They wanted me to schedule appt every 3 months and continue deep cleanings, knowing I would have to pay a portion out of pocket because all my insurance wouldn’t cover the whole cleaning. Never did another deep cleaning because we PCSed to FL. Fast forward to today- had my dental check up and cleaning done here in FL and found out Aspen lied to me. I NEVER had gum disease and there is nothing wrong with my teeth!!! DO NOT go here, they legit just want to take your money and abuse their patients!

Let me tell you why I love this dentist office. Most people did not leave wonderful reviews. Alot of people came to aspen looking to fix one problem, but Aspen dental is trained to fix the whole problem. They are the kind of dentist that looks at your current and future situations, and makes a treatment plan based off of what you need now and after the initial problem gets fixed. If you have neglected your mouth, and you need a dentist to go in and say "this is everything your going to need to get your dental health in tip top shape" then this is the dentist for you. If you just want to fix what is hurting now, and not address the rest of your dental issues, then this is not for you. They were all really nice and the paperwork they give you shows you a complete breakdown of your charges on your treatment plan. The only thing I did not like, was that they make you pay for 60 percent of your work before they will make an appointment to do it. But other than that I honestly do not know what I would have done without them.

First time in the office as a new patient they ask you to arrive 15 minutes early. The doctor was running an hour behind schedule, would have been nice to have received a phone call warning me about the time discrepancy so I didnt have to wait in the waiting room for an hour and thirty minutes.

Aspen Dental adds hidden charges to your bill. Beware!
Also, they overbook appointments. If you are one of the last appointments scheduled for the day and they are running behind, your appointment will be cancelled even after you've waited for an hour.

Nothing too brag about. I've been to other offices that were more welcoming, professional and worth the money. They were okay. It's actually what I would have expected from a chain brand dentist. The only reason I went to their office was because they had an earlier appt available before other smaller practices.
