The experience at the office was great but the billing department needs A LOT of work. I'm currently being charged for services I did not get. I was told since it's past 90 days there's nothing that can be done and I have to pay for their mistake. I called months ago to get this resolved and I heard nothing back aftercalling them twice to resolve it, said they would call me and never did. Very upset and will not be going here. Do not recommend, go somewhere else unless you want a bunch of money thrown into collections and running your credit like it has mine. Thank you Aspen for nothing.

Read the reviews and made the appointment. Anyways got in and out and seemed like a normal dentist who made sure i wasnt in pain. To bad most of the reviews about Aspen in Watertown are probably from people who never stepped foot in this denist office. From a military member who hates the dentist, I would recommend Aspen to my peers. Thanks you to the staff for doing a great job and from saving me from the military dental office.

Aspen is a fantastic place. My local office in Watertown NY has the best staff. Friendly, hastle free experience. They actually "listen" to what YOU want and need, then make it happen. I am very satisfied and highly recommend my office.

I had horrible pain in wisdom tooth... It was a Thursday afternoon... With no appointment, I just walked in, stated what my problem was, filled out a few papers and approximately an hour later, the tooth was out. No hassles and no headaches, except for the recovery of course. Excellent experience.

As a patient of 6+ years at this location, I attended regular cleanings every 6 months. Seldom was the same doctor there two visits in a row. In no way am I racist, but the turnover was so frequent that it became impossible for me to distinguish between one Indian doctor and the next. Some introduced themselves, but most didn't. I often had no name to go with the person drilling into my teeth.
Bedside manner left much to be desired (except for my hygienist, she was always very personable.) On multiple occasions I had difficulty getting numb for a procedure. Instead of empathy and patience, I received stoic irritation that my mouth wasn't cooperating on their timetable. That's the unfortunate side of Aspen Dental... the atmosphere seems to be one of rapid-fire appointments. There's little humanity or compassion felt on the patient's part (again, from the doctors. Hygienists were fine.)
The one advantage was scheduling flexibility. They have after-work hours once or twice a week and one Saturday per month. This is great for those who work and don't want to take time off. Just be aware this convenience comes at the cost of a very clinical, impersonal setting.
I likely wouldn't recommend Aspen Dental to anyone, unless you have a severe tooth emergency and you need it resolved yesterday. Otherwise, wait to get in with a family dentist.

The wait was long and the appointment took a lot longer than expected, but the staff and doctor were excellent, professional, and easy to talk to. 4/5 because of lack of time management, but otherwise an excellent dentist office.

Dental hygentist, Lori, is great. She's compassionate, considerate, non-judgmental, caring and thorough. Years had passed after a bad experience with a prior firm. I took a chance and glad I did. I'd highly recommend her to anyone.

Awesome staff, I am normally afraid of dentist, but they made me feel comfortable, explain a great action plan, and now my tooth pain from wisdom teeth is gone. Over all great place to go.
