Your place is a joke! My mom has had all kinds of issues with this place! I had to call corporate on them all ready ,And about to again!
She was giving a time to be out there today ,She drove all the way there for them to say oh we made a mistake the apt is Tomorrow. I wonder of aspen gave her a gas card for there mistake? I'll see how her apt goes tomorrow, Hopefully I don't have to call corporate again.

I do not recommend going here. They have been difficult to deal with. I’m pregnant and dealing with some problems and every time my appointment comes up they make me reschedule. And when I have to reschedule I have to wait at least a month and when they call to reschedule my appointment it’s always an hr before my appointment. I’ve been trying to get work done since June and now my appointment has been pushed back two times and is now set for the end of this month but now I don’t think I can get work done since I’m so far along now. I ended up having an infection in august that got really bad and they still refused to get me in any sooner. I ended up in the er twice bc of it. They had to reschedule once bc they had 3 emergency appointments in and I guess me having a tooth infection that was spreading while being pregnant wasn’t an emergency for them. Save you’re time and go somewhere else.

I found myself in such pain! An abscessed molar, way in the back of my mouth started acting up, again. But maybe this time I could find someone to take care of it. I surely hoped so. My dentist said I needed an oral surgeon, so I contacted my insurance representatves, and they started the search. Dr. Atkinson's name was among the possibles. He was also closest, so I called.
The sympathetic office staff booked a consultation appointment for that afternoon, and a family member drove me to the office. The waiting room was busy, but not stressful. Patients and staff moved in and out of the room periodically.
I was called in for x-rays, then a consultation, then the suggestion that we handle the extraction immediately. I was overwhelmed that something requiring a specialist could be handled without fanfare, repeated consults, etc.
Once I nodded my approval, Dr. Atkinson and his very capable assistant went to work, ridding me of a tooth that had outlived its usefulness some time ago.
I applaud their expertise, their unruffled demeanor, and general 'sit back and relax attitude.' Should the need arise, I will seek their service again.

My husband and I were registered as new patients today at Aspen Dental. We felt very welcome there. All of the staff were very professional and treated us both very well. We have a lot of work we both need to on our teeth and we feel confident that we will be much happier with our teeth when all of the work is complete.

My last experience at this establishment, I drove down (1hr commute from Canada) to have my crown replaced.
This appointment was prebooked well in advance, including a confirmation email.
Upon arrival, I sat in the waiting room, as per usual, waiting to be called for my appointment. I was then called into the exam room.
The assistant went to look for my replacement crown, only to return stating they did not have it nor did they have my molding. She stated (the assisstant) that she would speak to the dentist to see what to do next.
AN HOUR LATER....
The assistant returned to inform me that the dentist was too busy to see me that day and that she will reschedule.
I was absolutely floored.
I had driven to the US for this from Canada after working all evening, to be tossed aside like the money I've spent to get there on top of the money I already spent for the work to be done that lasted only 4 months, meant absolutely nothing to this establishment.
Simply put and no pun intended;
They put bad taste in my mouth.
