Excellent care on Jan. 5, 2022! I was scheduled for a cleaning and exam, but the morning appointment when I met with Dr. Santiago and Kim regarding the need to replace my dental appliance which Dr. Hyman had created for me years ago to address my sleep apnea. Dr. Santiago and Kim examined me with great care using much more sophisticated measurements than I have ever had done before. They also questioned me extensively about my sleep experience and examined my head, face and neck! I've had a lot of experience with a wide variety of Drs.,and technicians on my sleep apnea. I was extremely impressed with the quality of care yesterday!! Thank you!

I used to be very courageous at the dentist, but after years of very, very bad experiences, my courage kind of left me. Then, two of my three bridges have one of the anchor teeth compromised. In one of them, I had to have an Apicoectomy to try to save the molar, but It did not work, and I ended up with a broken molar and a root that needed to be extracted.
When I went to see Dr. Hatcher, I was anxious and terrified.
Dr. Hatcher examined my teeth and came back with a plan to restore the health of my mouth. This restoration included two extractions and three implants. I was devastated! It was not only the cost that worried me. The idea of having screws in the bones of my mandibula scared the life out of me. Very patiently, Dr. Hatcher developed a plan for me and explained my options and his recommendations. The first step was extracting the unsavable molars, and then installing the implants. All the procedures have had excellent results; I hardly needed pain pills and I did not have to take any antibiotics. I knew that I was in good hands. His staff is professional, courteous, and friendly. I wish I had come to Dr. Hatcher sooner. His knowledge, confidence, and kindness made my experience a great one. I have the feeling that my courage at the dentist is coming back... I am extremely grateful to Dr. Hatcher and I recommend him for all of your dental needs.

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and the entire process was smooth thanks to Dr Hatcher and the Triad Dentistry staff. Dr Hatcher checked on me several hours after surgery and he was available when I had questions. I am glad I trusted Dr Hatcher and Triad Dentistry!

State-of-the-art dental office. Relaxing Atmosphere. Painless injections, up-to-date in all dental procedures, and Awesome staff! I never feel scared going to this office for my dental cleanings and treatment! If you are looking for the BEST dental care, you should give them a try. Alicia did a thorough job cleaning my teeth and my orthodontic bar. I’m so please and my teeth feel SO clean! Can’t wait to go back!
