I'm new to GSO and this was my first visit. I had a great experience with Dr. Hatcher and Marsha - both very kind and professional. The office is clean, modern and a relaxing atmosphere. I appreciated the effort to get to know me, and they respected what I wanted out of the visit - meaning that they didn't try to push extra services on me that I didn't need and didn't want. I was expecting to get scolded b/c it's been 3 yrs since my last dental visit, but they accepted that for what it was and kept the visit positive. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit!
Update from 02/2022: Re-established this month after a 2 yr Covid hiatus (unintended) and just wanted to re-affirm that everything from my prior review still holds true today! Great experience with my hygeniest Rachel - professional and warm/welcoming personality with a gentle touch as far as her cleaning technique. Enjoyed seeing Dr. Santiago-Coiro as well. I especially appreciate the committment to overall preventive health with blood pressure screening and checking for oral cancer as a routine part of the visit. Thank you Triad Dentistry!!

I was very impressed by everyone who I met today. I have some mitigating health concerns that requires some thought and research to be helped. Dr.Hatcher personally called me and talked with me prior to my appointment and assured me that I had contacted the correct place for help. The office and the staff was very friendly and informative. I've never looked forward to going to the dentist but I'm actually looking forward to getting my 'true' smile back. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone who has ever had any reservations about going to the dentist.

We had a wonderful first visit with our eight month-old son. He was completely comfortable by the time he had his turn because he got to watch his older sister go first. He was happy to lie back and let Dr. Sona check his teeth because I was there with him the whole time. It was a very relaxed and nurturing environment, and I had plenty of time to ask all of my questions about how to care with his new teeth. We were very pleased with the service, as always!

I started going to Dr. Hatcher when my former (and the only dentist I ever had) retired. The staff is so friendly that when you call, they answer the phone with "How can we make you smile today?" The technology Dr. Hatcher uses, which allow him to do a number of dental procedures he is certified in, make his practice a one-stop shop. Dr. Hatcher cares about his patients and will always have your best interest in mind when consulting with you about the health of your teeth. This is shown in his ability to communicate with his patients both in and out of the office, his experience in offering options to fit your dental needs based on your budget and the willingness of his office to work with you. Above all, you feel important as a person, not as a patient in his office. If you are looking for your next dentist, please don't hesitate to call Dr. Hatcher. But if the truth be told, the complimentary various flavors of chapstick sold me from day one and I always look forward to going.
