Dr. Hatcher was very direct and realistic about the work I need to have done but not in a condescending or hurried manner. I appreciated that his approach is not to just "fix" my teeth and send me on my way. He was more interested in presenting an overall plan to restore my dental health. From the way his support staff answers the phone to their approach in the office, it's obvious that they care and respect patients.
2/16/22: 3 years later……..It’s been a “journey” to get to this point and I would do it all over again to have the results achieved by Dr. Hatcher and his staff! Never a dull moment in the dental chair and I had complete confidence in Dr. Hatcher’s commitment to getting everything done with care and precision.

I have had a great experience at this office since day one. Finding out you are about to loose a front tooth is not a fun experience and Dr. Merrell and staff have walk me thru this process and have made it a good experience. He was extremely gentle with the extraction/ implant placement and I cannot wait to see the final product! Would recommend them to everyone!!!

Dr. Santiago and Britiny did an excellent job restoring my teeth. I was a little nervous, but they were so calm and relaxing. I was most pleased with their professionalism and demeanor. They have been trained well.
I also had a cleaning with Alisia, she had such a gentle touch and did not make me feel bad for missing my last appointment. Very informative and showed me pictures of what was going on in my mouth. This is a rockstar team!
